The service was great. The server was prompt, knowledgable, and personable. Fun to interact with. The ambience was noisy, functional, and probably more suitable for groups than singles or couples. The food - a basic burger and fries was terrible. The bun was from safeway and less than expected. The burger was tasteless, watery and mushy, and fell apart upon touching it. We will not return. In the Biltmore mall but very dissappointing. Can't seem to get a burger right in 2022!
As usual the food & the staff were top notch.
Thereâs Oldnavy (bottom tier) then thereâs The Gap (middle tier) & Zinburger is The Gap of burgers. We were greeted with a genuine smile by the host who graciously offered us to sit at the bar until our table was ready since we had arrived early. The bar tender was just as welcoming. Our table was ready pretty quick. Melanie, our great server gave us the run down on the menu and went with the Greek Burger, the burger of the month ðâ¦which by the way had our taste buds in heaven! The atmosphere was inviting and quaint. Definitely a new regular spot. BTW we we were too full but Melanie told us about their apple pie milkshake-will be back!

Good Burger, although Fries basket serving has gotten smaller.
Not a lot of vegetarian options, but there is a good veggie burger. Of course, their regular burgers are fabulous. Fries and onions rings are worth a stop and their happy hour can't be beat!

Great hamburgers. I had a farm salary with a turkey burger. I loved it. granddaughter chose this place for her graduation dinner. Good beer!
