Recently visited Phoenix, AZ and am so happy the universe led me to Zen Thai Cafe.Some of the spiciest pineapple curry duck I’ve ever had, while still being bearable to consume and enjoy the flavors. Kinny was one of the most gracious hosts I’ve ever encountered. She’s a gem and an absolute rose.The chef came out to greet me, as my entree was being served, a smooth move that was appreciated greatly.The only thing I’d recommend, is serving the tentacles for the calamari as well; THEE best part of the squid, in my opinion. ??5/5 ?????
Been many times. Great food. Many vegetarian options. Very spicy options. Service is excellent. Would be 5 star, but in late May 2022 and Aug 2022 there was confusing signage at the bathroom. Took me a while to figure out that it was anti trans. I don't think the signage is professional or necassary. Restaurant seems to think otherwise. If it is a misinterpretation then I recommend a more clear sign. The bathrooms are single use and the men's room doesn't have a urinal so I'm not sure what's so important. I would not bring clients or friends here who may be offended.They've responded and doubled down on the sign so I probably won't be back. It's a shame because it's great food.
Full of flavor food. Awesome experience , try to ton kat soup. Excellent, I try the chicken orange. Plenty of flavors. Very nice place and the server was very friendly. Not complains.
My new favorite Thai place! Beautiful atmosphere & the food is so flavorful & delicious. The staff was very friendly & helpful. You are able to remove ingredients from the dish you order if there's something you don't like & also able to pick your spice level. Will definitely be back again!!
The food was very delish. Potstickers were chicken n veggies...yummy. my chicken yellow curry was perfect. They serve iced tea in a lg Ball jar

They took excellent care of me from the phone call to my pickup. As much as I can't stand downtown *due to parking* I'll def be back. I LOVE THAI FOOD, ESP IF ITS VEGAN & YUMMY! The yellow curry They made me with extra veggies instead of their vegan protein options was ?!!! I recommend going folks, the potatoes were smooth & soft to bite into! I told them if the food was LIT I'd be back & they met my needs & wants✌?
Best Thai food I’ve ever had. My wife and I got the yellow curry and the drunken fried rice. The yellow curry was so creamy and flavorful. Great food and awesome service. The staff was very kind. I will definitely be going back.
Food was good, service was good, portions were small (compared to other Thai places around), and the prices were high average (but high for portion sizes).We spent about 85 (with tip) for 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, and two entrees.
First time going here and I absolutely loved it! The decor of the restaurant is so cute it feel authentic but modern! The food was delicious!!! The Thia wings are a must have!
