The service has been lousy the 2 times I've bee there, not to mention the hamburger was so dry?, it felt like it was stuck in my throat. It wasn't till we were leaving that I asked if they had mayonnaise or something for the burger that she said "oh yes" you have to ask for it. How would i know this, unless you offer it to me. Ughhh! Will not be goin back. I only stopped because my son wanted to eat there after our shoppin at Big Lots off of Bethany Home Road & the Black Canyon Road (Freeway).
I was given the wrong order. I had to come ALL the way back to get the right one. ?That was 10 miles round trip. I gave four stars, because they were quick to replace my order and upped my order with a large fries and an apple pie ?Good job on the manager’s part.
This is probably the best Whataburger I've ever been to. The staff were very friendly and the service was like no other. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich and she said it was the best she's ever had. She didn't even touch her fries until she was done with it. I had the green Chile double and I was not disappointed. They've also got the bluest powerade I've ever seen. Everything was hot, fresh, and efficient. The staff seems to get along great there as well which is a rare sight to see in this industry. I saw them all having fun and laughing while they were prepping the food. I'm so glad we stopped here instead of a run of the mill fast food place.
Only one complaint, it was so cold inside that it made the normally great experience unbearable.if this june july or august then i could understand.
Worst experience. Burger so cold the cheese not melted. Paid for large onion rings and got about 4 soggy cold things. Never going back
This is by far the best food I have was Fresh! I have visited several different Whataburgers here in Phoenix, but this is definitely #1. The bathroom was clean and stocked with soap and TP, The floor was freshly mopped as well as in the lobby area as well. For not even 2 minutes after a customer was finished eating the host was cleaning the tables and sanitizing the seats for the next customers to dine in. I have to say Whomever the store manager is a huge shout out to you for running a polite & clean & professional team.
Zero stars for this location I-17 and Bethany Home. Food was cold. The avocado burger was literally cold as if it was just taken out of the refrigerator. After being told I would have to wait for 5 minutes for sweet tea and accepted the wait was shortly after told they don't have sugar to make the sweet tea. Huh!?? Whata chicken was not fresh. Super old, dry and cold. Such a disappointment and waste of money.
We ordered 3 chicken strips meals. We had only received 2 in the bag when we arrived home, so we had to return to Whataburger to pick up the missing meal.If you take out or utilize the drive-through window, I just suggest you check your entire order before leaving the parking lot.They were nice about the situation and gave a free Milkshake for the inconvenience. But it’s still an inconvenience and just frustrating. But it happens, mistakes happen. It’s how it gets resolved that matters most.
Not just one thing but everything is delicious.
Visited on my way from Arizona to Texas. Ordered online, but there was an incident when they were frying the onion rings and they had to remake them. They were very apologetic about the delay and went above and beyond in apology. On our way out the manager even added a few goodies to the bag which made our day! Kindest people ever, and 100% worthy of this over-the-top review.
