I didn't eat here, However I was waiting on an order inside and met a young man named Walter. I'm assuming he is a manager. Let me tell you his customer service is second to none. He was in the lobby interacting with guest young and old alike. He was so polite and respectful. It was truly amazing in these times to see it. I will be recommending this location to ppl.
Great service, delicious perfectly cook, very clean and customer service is magnificent. I highly recommend. I was taken there for my birthday.I suggest though email or app, five dollars off on your purchase on orders over $15.00 purchase. The person in store on your birthday.Just a suggestion, only onBirthday.
Unable to contact store by phone to tell them I was wrong. Thought I did not get everything I ordered. I did but I was not pleased with service. No sign posted that done in service not available? Took awhile for employee to come out to talk to me. Did not put napkins in my bag or sandwich sandwiches in separate bags which caused me to think order incomplete. Service normally ok. Think shortage of employees is a problem for them and other businesses but would think they would try harder to keep loyal customers. Dine in service. Put sandwiches in separate bags.
The staff is very nice. Just had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich and it is very good. It is so good I forgot to take a picture. I wanted to take a picture with a bite out of it so it would show what was inside. Next time!
Tried the Dr. Pepper milkshake ???nasty!!!It would be better if it was a slurpee!!!
This restaurant has been close to my home for 40 years so I do go there from time to time but they consistently mess up the order. I believe their sound system for ordering is horrible. It echos. Even when I repeat the order several times and ask at the window. We have also gotten a raw burger and sour shake .
Food was okay, but the burger was a bit cold. The main issue is my family and I saw a person named Yvonna pulling her mask down, taking lid off the cup and then holding her face over the cup. We couldn't tell for sure if she was spitting in the drink. But it was suspicious enough that my family and I decided to toss our drinks instead of drink them. We went through the drive through. And a car in front of us also returned a drink instead of taking it. I don't know if this is the reason why.
I'm not sure what happened to this place. It used to be a reliably good meal to grab while working overnight, but recently the quality has tanked. The last couple times I've been here recently (around midnight) the food was already cold. I pull it out to eat almost immediately and the fries are room temperature. The burger was actually cold. Most laughably, this time my drink was missing ice, and I half expected it to be warm in contrast to fit the theme.I think I won't bother coming back to this location anymore.
Love Whataburger!! A little bit pricey but everything is nowadays is?? The double cheeseburgers are really good. I tried that hatch green chili Burger w/ fries. AWESOME!! ?The fries are awesome and the chocolate mint shake❄️ (which I think is no more, a seasonal treat) was the bomb!? It was an overall good experience; they bring your food to you with a smile; service is prompt and courteous; thank you Whataburger!!!?
Well it was really good really clean I seen that general manager and the manager are trying to take good care of the place I understand her trying to be strict I don't blame them I think they did the right thing there's a bomb that try to come in there sit down there but we're trying to keep this as a professional matter and then there's a lot of buttons are trying to dig into the garbage and they're trying to let them go off the property you know it's kind of sad but I understand where they're coming from from me being a manager at McDonald's in a general manager this time it's kind of little bit tough things are a little bit different from 10 years ago. Just had a one request Maybe you can give them now free fry or a drink or something during the Christmas holiday or Thanksgiving or something special I'm not saying you got to give area bum one but when there's a lot of people around or especially when you're a lot of business people around I try not to let everybody see what you're doing I would just say hear there's a sandwich on me I just need you to leave here's a drink I need just need you to leave something like that that's what I would have done as my management and my experience
