I love the owners of this store I get ice and water alot and they are always so helpful thank you.
Staff is very helpful and courteous. The only issue I have is that you always seem to open late. I get here around opening and end up waiting from 15-30 minutes the past few visits.
They don’t sell anything of ice cream except by the scoop and their cooler was acting up so they weren’t even selling that. Nice people, but won’t be back.

My family and I have been getting our water from here for over 10 years. The water has a great taste, the staff is always very welcoming and the Thrifty's ice cream is a huge plus. All of the bad reviews seem to be from people who are still stuck in the mentality that "the customer is always right" and expect a red carpet to be rolled out every time they walk in the door. Even though they close at 5pm, the outdoor machines are easy to use!
I have been going to this water and ice for 10+ years. For years it was well run. Good variety of water related items (3&5 gallon bottles, screw on lids, pop on lids, dispensers, etc.) The old owner had another shop on the Westside and was tired of the commute. He sold the shop. The new owner did a small bit of remodeling which was needed. Things were fine for about a month. Now it has been 6 months and ownership has changed two more times. I have adjusted my current rating down because you can't count on it being open during business hours. Management needs to get their act together and get things back on track. Updated as of 23 March, 2021. Ownership changed again I think in late 2019. Things are back on track and I just changed my review to 5 stars to reflect how well the new owners have changed things for the better. Thank you for resolving the issues. Now a great place to do business again.

Came here to fill up my cooler. Guy managing was extremely rude. After asking him if I can rise my cooler before adding water. First location to ever tell me that I can't rinse it off. On top of that his attitude was off putting as he walked up. This guy could care less about his job. He's extremely condescending.
The owners are ALWAYS very kind and helpful, they are also very quick.
