Decided to explore Verdura after reading about it in Phoenix Magazine and had to order the touted “Best Vegan Nachos.” Although tucked back in the corner of a strip mall, the restaurant was NO hole-in-the-wall. It is nicely appointed, well-staffed and immaculately clean. We ordered the nachos and tacos and were not disappointed. The chips and salsa were freshly made, tasty, and nicely presented. The music was well-curated and not too loud—a pet peeve among people my age. For dessert we ordered the waffle-of-the-moment—fresh, warm, and sweet with chocolate, peanut ice cream. Looking forward to going back.

I'm from out of town and this was highly recommended. it did not disappoint! this is one of my favorite places I went in all of phoenix. I only wish I dined in because I know it would have been even better.got the chicken parm sandwich which was very good. and the santana mac which was just ok. the toppings were good but the Mac was bland. their seitan is seasoned super well.
If I could eat here everyday, I definitely would, place is amazing, very friendly staff, and the food is very delicious and flavorful, you just have to try it!
The menu was so big that we just went in there and told them to give us four of their best sellers and each and every single dish was absolutely delicious! We also had their strawberry lemonade and it was very refreshing. Hands-down fabulous
The plant based pasta was so good!! They also have a gluten free option definitely one of my favorite places to get pasta!
This is hands down my favorite restaurant in the valley. Not only is the food phenomenal, but it’s creative, and best of all, vegan! The oyster mushroom fried “calamari” blew my mind. Just get it.
This place is absolutely amazing from the environment to the workers and from the food to the presentation!! 10/10 would recommend so many options and leaves you full!!
Wow! The staff is friendly,the vibe is inviting,and the food is amazing! I had the nachos,and they're perfect! So many flavors its mind-blowing. I also had the lentil burger which is incredible. Lastly, the strawberry lemonade. I didn't know lemonade could taste this good ?
