Food here is always great. Went for girls night. Best Mexican pizza in town. Make sure you save room for dessert.
This place is my go to for Mexican food. I also always get some grilled chicken wings, they’re the best. Their salsa is also the best. We live in Prescott and visit are grandkids at least every month, and make it always to Valley Luna. N
Amazing dinner recommended by the receptionist at our hotel- but of a drive but definitely worth it! Chips and salsa (that you could drink it was so good) within seconds of sitting down with menus. Quick, attentive service from server (Tom?) and recommendations provided as we were new guests. I got Mexican pizza after seeing it on a table nearby and it was phenomenal! Chicken flavorful, crispy tortilla, delicious guacamole, great toppings- outstanding! Husband got Rita’s chimichanga and wow! It was so good, he loved it! Delicious filling, rice and beans better than the usual- very filling also. We enjoyed our meals so much we didn’t save room for dessert, which we wanted to try- but unfortunately couldn’t. Highly recommend!
Delicious food. Only thing that made it a 4 instead of a five was the fact that the dining area does not offer happy hour, only the bar seating. Also there was a poster on the wall at our table that stated to help celebrate Margarita Mondays for 99c in 2018 for the new year. Last time I checked it definitely is 2022. I’ll happily go back to 2018 tho and not just for the margarita special. LETS GO BRANDON!
I used to visit here as a kid. Our go to spot. I recently went back after being out of phoenix for years... still as good as I remember. Stay golden Valle Luna!
Went for happy hour and got seated right away. The beers were cold and the appetizers were excellent. The Mexican Pizza was one of our favorites and the wings were nice and big. Excited to head back and eat again.
The food is always excellent! They give you a lot. But they're always accommodating to split dinner orders on 2 separate plates. Lots of specialty drinks - especially margaritas and beers. They've community oriented and have been around for years. Love 'em!

I think so many people love this place because of nostalgia and the fact they grew up eating here. I just think all of the kudos and reviews deeming this place best Mexican in the Valley are setting people up for slight disappointment The food is mediocre at best. Not just mediocre for AZ, mediocre for anywhere. Nice service. Good prices. Not terrible, not phenomenal. Mediocre.
Stopped with friends. Parking was difficult as it is a very popular place. Seated quickly and service was fast and efficient. Nice variety on the menu. Our food was fresh and hot. It had a great taste and the portion was just right with little waste. So glad we stopped
