Got cookies, donuts and cupcakes today. One regular and one vegan of each item, and my mind is blown! I am not vegan but I sampled my mom’s vegan options and i couldn’t decide if mine or hers were better. The staff’s positive attitude and willingness to tell us about any item we had eyes on; as well as the atmosphere/vibes make me rate this place 6/5 stars! Will return 11/10!
Love love love Urban Cookies Bakeshop. Everything is delicious. It's exciting checking the menu to see the upcoming flavors. Having vegan and gluten free options means everyone gets to enjoy! Although not a vegan or gluten sensitive, you would never know eating there's a difference. There is nothing but love inside every bite. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent pastries and sweets! I will definitely be back!Though why there's a tip jar, I don't know. They're not servers in a traditional restaurant. I have to stand in line and place my order, no one is coming to me for it. I expect and truly appreciate good customer service regardless of the establishment. I appreciate their goods and friendliness of the staff, but that doesn't warrant a tip. (Sorry, it's nothing personal!)
Looked up best dessert place in Phoenix ??♀️ Urban Cookies Bakeshop came up. Just stopped by, was greeted so kindly & they have a variety to choose from, cupcakes, bars & cookies. I bought a little of all ♥️ EVERYTHING IS AMAZINGLY AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS? Every bite is EXTREMELY BURSTING IN DREAMINGLY DELICIOUSNESS OF FLAVORS ??? Definitely will be our must stop place for dessert HIGHLY SATISFIED IN ALL ASPECTS ??BIG SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO “ URBAN COOKIES BAKESHOP” ? ??♥️
I been going here for a long time. I started going here when they were in their old building. I suggest it to everyone. My favorite bakery in AZ. Highly suggest! Staff is always friendly and you can’t go wrong with any baked good there.
I only tried their cookies. Honestly, fair price & delicious cookies. We tried the peanut butter, milk chocolate, and salt brownies. Super DELICIOUS & light! U can microwave them if u r going to eat at home. 10-12 sec is enough & it will be as fresh.
I got the birthday 4-pack of cupcakes as a gift for someone. It's way cheaper to buy the cupcakes individually instead of getting a box, but I was ordering online and wasn't sure if they would just throw all the cupcakes in a bag otherwise. I think the price breaks down to $3.99 individual vs $5.25 each for the box. Anyway, the first cupcake we tried was super delicious and I was really impressed. The other three were dry, unfortunately, but the frosting was really good. I wonder if they were old. I think I'll go back again, but next time I'll order inside and ask for the freshest batch. I probably won't be getting the 4-pack again either.
They should call the place Amazing Cupcakes! The cookies are good, but the cupcakes make you wonder if they put something magic in there. Even the gluten free ones are delicious. Chocolate brownies are extra special as well. Please don't tell a lot of people about this place. I don't want to wait in a long line to get the perfect cupcake next week.
The cakes here are sooo good. They are expensive tho a single cup cake is going to run you about 4 dollars. Donuts are 3.25$ i think. Worth a try tho the cakes are good. We had a banana bread cupcake a chocolate cake donut and a carrot cake cupcake all are extra tasty. This place is worth a try.
The best gluten free and vegan donuts we’ve ever had! We love picking up a few flavors for a treat, and a fun gift fo bring fitness and neighbors. Highly recommend!
