Service sucked we waited over an hour for our food we decided to ask the waitress how much longer it was going to be and seems she forgot to put the ticket in for our food order. I asked for a second beer and was brought the wrong beer she then brought me the correct beer but she still charged me for the wrong beer. First time and the last time
The food is really good- but the service kind of sucks. My husband and I don’t drink and we have found that service provided suffers because of it. Third visit, same experience. Today, I ordered a soup and sandwich. Both came out at the same time, so I didn’t really get to enjoy one at a time. The soup was also just warm, like it had been sitting in the window waiting to be picked up and delivered. We want to like this place because the food is good but don’t expect to be served the same as other patrons who are purchasing alcohol.
The wings were absolutely disgusting. I can't believe I paid money for this food. Service was likewise awful. The place was obviously understaffed. This was my first and last visit. Every sports bar in Ahwatukee is easily better than this place.
Wonderful servers, varied and quality menu, nice atmosphere
The food is generally very good, but the place is very noisy, but then again, it is a sports bar. The service is friendly and prompt. It would be nice if they had a few more gluten-free option that my wife could order. I've ordered the Cob salad and it is a sizable salad. The Ruben sandwich is packed with a lot of tasty meat. If you like onion rings, you'll be a happy camper. My wife likes the shrimp tacos.
A Sports Grill will have folks watching sports. Why should it affect your service to the point of having to wait half an hour for someone to serve you, one hour before you get your food, forget to add mushrooms in the mushroom burger you ordered, the wrong bill at the end? Terrible experience filled with ‘sorry about this’, and yet charging me for it all after giving me the wrong bill! ??
Happy hour deals were good. The pretzels were stale bread loaded with salt and I would never call it a pretzel. The cheese has jalapeños in it. Would not recommend. The French onion soup was ok, but had something spicy in it. I was not expecting that since that's not normally a spicy soup. Other mistakes made with the food orders, but they were fixed. Would recommend for trivia night, but stick with the artichoke dip.
We were on vacation & went there 3 days in a row! enjoyed the atmosphere and food and all the server's were amazing!
Awesome spot to chill. One of my preferred spots to have a drink and draw.
Love this place. They have really good customer service. All the bartenders and servers are on point and very friendly/attentive. Karaoke night is a ball. Definitely check it out if you have a chance.
