What a pleasant surprise this place continues to be. It's hidden as you walk down 2nd street but once inside it is pure bliss. Shout out to Anthony the bartender who has been at this location for a minute. This guy is quickly becoming a downtown Phoenix icon. I started going to the Pig at the 16th Street location and appreciated the motif but the space was always tighter than skinny jeans. When you walk into the downtown location your senses are overwhelmed with options from grilled cheese to reasonably priced beers available for happy hour. For less than $10 you can walk out of here ready for a the game or whatever your night offers depending on your choice in beer. If you have ever questioned the greatness of America then look no further to this bar and you will at least forget why your thinking was irrational if only for a while.

Good vibe. Not too loud. Huge selection of beers. No soda water/seltzer but it's a beer bar so that's okay. Staff is top notch.
Favorite place to hang out and drink beer and mead! They have great staff and a vast selection. We even love their grilled cheese.
Great craft beer bar. I'm a big fan of fruited sours and they had a good selection. the wings were some of the best I have had. Fall off the bone with great sauce. Nice friendly atmosphere, highly recommend stopping if you are in downtown Phoenix!
The bartender Miguel and the owner always give the best service. The entire scenery is a vibe. The lighting, the ambiance is great.
