This is the dive bars that all other dive bar wish they could be.We had a couple of Bloody Mary’s and the Green Chili Carnitas Nachos and everything was beyond our expectations.Great drinks great food and excellent service, it’s just a win all the way around.Great job Tav !!
Great small bar atmosphere, great food, great happy hour specials. The burger I had was amazing and their onion rings....wow. Adding this to my list of places to visit every time I'm down here ?
Cool little spot, awesome service and tasty, cheap margaritas! Will definitely be back!!Karaoke was just kicking off when we were leaving, the few we heard were great with a encouraging crowd
Decent pub food but quite seriously maybe the best onion rings I have ever had. A bold statement but have had them 3 times now over a couple months and each time delicious and expertly cooked.
Truly a locals bar. Fun hangout. I can see why this ticked away tavern has a full parking lot. Bloody Mary was on point! Plenty of great specials too.Personal experience so I had to knock off a couple of stars. Carnitas nachos….laid me out sick for 2 days. Love nachos, love carnitas, they were delicious. Sadly an intense reaction I’ve never experienced and will spar details.

Small place for a busy place. One pool table, hard to play with so many people around. Took a waitress just about 45 mins to come even ask if I wanted something to eat. Food was delicious. Korean tacos, chicken tenders, and chicken carnitas burrito. Recommend going.

I love dive-bars, and this one ranks amongst the best I've visited! Was in town for B-J and some hiking, and was recommended here for food by the bartender at Simple Machine Brewing. The food was excellent, and the beverages were reasonable. The staff was very personable, and the patrons were chill and friendly. Ended up stopping in a couple of times during the visit; the second was Karaoke night, and it was very lively. The locals are fortunate to have The Tav, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!
Love this bar!! I wish I could go more often especially on thursday nights! The bartender and Corey are awesome on this night! They even have trivia you can win and get some money off your bar tab! Love this place!!
