As always, everything was excellent!
In had a ribeye and my wife the prime rib. The quality of both was mediocre. I donât know the grade of beef they use, but the ribeye was particularly disappointing, lacking any of the expected succulence of a ribeye. It was cooked to order (medium rare), but rather dry and tough nonetheless
Ponce our server was not only excellent with menu knowledge But would enlighten us with historical facts of stockyards. Best prime rib I've ever had....also his recommendation. Thank you ð

we go here for special occasions (very expensive but worth it). Food is delicious, staff is attentive but not intrusive.
