I happened to go twice. First trip was west side location. Noisy. There was no opportunity to savor the eggplant appetizer because half way through …Voila! main course. Joey may want to outdo dad but cafeteria style rushed Italian meal is not the way to stardom. Meal was okay. Nothing special. Next trip one week later…noisy again but at the Tatum and Greenway location. We warned the server to not rush us. Calamari was exceptional. Noise was still a problem. Salads were good. Pizza was so so and seafood risotto was consumed. It was my SILs bday so a bday cannoli sealed the deal. The tab was high the food was not outstanding and we left saying we need to have a do over soon. Elsewhere. It is not often that we leave a restaurant wishing that we left after the drinks. In Italy, this restaurant would not survive because food should be savored not merely consumed. .

My parents loved this place. Great service and good food. There’s definitely something for everyone, and if you’re in town with family this is a safe choice. Our server was EXCELLENT.I ordered the sausage meatballs with spicy vodka sauce, my mom and dad absolutely ADORED everything on the menu. My dad ordered a meatball the size of a massive grapefruit.Sicilian Butcher is a safe restaurant choice with mass appeal. Is it super authentic? Maybe not. My pasta was good, but not great. It was lacking a certain specificity I’ve come to enjoy.Pro tip: order dessert. Their pastries are EXCELLENT.I ordered a Negroni, which was also good but room temperature. I got the vibe they didn’t stir their cocktails in ice when mixing and I had to wait a bit for the ice to chill my drink. My critiques are nitpicks. If you’re not a fancy champagne taste pinkies up kinda guy, you may love this spot.

Great service! Delicious food! Company outing back to back! Thank you Lisa and Dominic? You both out did yourselves! Thank you on behalf of Alhambra Credit Union.

We went out to dinner here last night. Jillian was our waitress and she was absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing. Drinks were so good. highly recommend! And Jillian needs a raise :) She was so great !!

Excellent cannoli!

Adam the manager was great so was my waitress but that was about it from my experience. Wait, the Italian flaming cheese should've been a five star, it was good. I ordered the fruit that, I had to send it back, the noodles were mash and the sauce was bland and the seafood was overcooked. Adam took my plate away and brought me out another order, Although the noodles were cooked perfect, had a little bit more flavor but the seafood, what seafood was in the dish was WAY OVER COOKED! I couldn't eat it so I took it home, thinking it would taste better the next day. I was wrong, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED in this $24 dish. No, can do!

My husband and I decided to come back here for our anniversary dinner. Service by Alayna was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by Rosina the manager as well as Harry. Our appetizers included charred octopus and Sicilian shrimp. Both were exceptional. For dinner my husband ordered the Fazzolettini which I had the week before. It was better than we remembered. It’s basically a deconstructed lasagna with béchamel sauce. I had the spaghetti with Frutta di Mare which was as good as I ate in Italy ?? Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We were looking forward to having dinner at the Sicilian Butcher on Saturday evening. To our surprise we were seated quickly. Service was good until we received our salad (which was suppose to be served first) along with our main course. The fig and beet salad was delicious. As for the fruitti de mere, there was only a few pieces of seafood and a lot of pasta. The pasta was gummy. Very disappointing for the price.

We loved this place! The food was outstanding and authentic southern Italian. I tried different appetizers and they did not disappoint. Also, the service was so warm and welcoming, even the manager came over to our table to check on us!

We had the best table in the house! It was a long red high top table great for a big family outing. The servers were helpful and respectful, the food was very good and the ambience was comfortable and engaging.Octopus appetizer was good, good size too. The steak meatballs and risotto was delicious and I got the spicy red sauce to go on top. You may want to ask for a little extra sauce on the side for more dipping!Menu isn’t extensive but it does the job. I heard the gnocchi and polenta was also very good as a “bottom.”Would like to try more meatballs!
