Don't look at the bad reviews best carnitas in PHX I got the 2lbs mix it was excellent ???
Worst experience in my life. To start off the man/woman that helped us was not only rushing us to order and get out but wouldn't let us sit at tables even though we were a large group he/she wanted us to sit in some cafeteria tables and chairs. Place was extremely dirty looked like there was a lot of hoarding where they cook. We still wanted to give it a chance despite everything until he/she told us we needed to eat and leave within 30 minutes at 6pm what really grossed me out was that she said all the food was already cooked and waiting. I heard good things about this place but after seeing how unsanitary and dirty this place was on top of extremely rude service and food not being fresh or made when ordered. As a Mexican and coming from Mexican family this is really embarrassing and to say the least this is not how real Mexicans are nor how the food is made.
Hello,I came by wanting to try this place out and I was COMPLETELY DISGUSTED from their complete rudeness, lack of quality for customer service, the appearance of filth at this location, to the horrible tasting food. I will never recommend this horrible place to anyone. Their food tasted like it was stale or kept under heating lamps. I really can't believe the rudeness of the staff that works here should be fired. I can't believe anyone would allow their business to be ran like this. I will be complaining to the BBB, Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services, Yelp, and will be filing a Consumer Complaint with the Arizona Attorney General. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Rude, rude customer service, very unexpected. Arrived at 6, received no greeting. Impolite lady said we had 30 minutes. Website posts closing at 7, but we were told it's 6:30.Bummed, but the 7 of us ended at Las Vegas Seafood Buffet on Thomas.
Excellent place for eat birria & Carnitas
Food is great, definitely the best quesabirrias we’ve tried. We’ve gone several times and the lady that usually sits us (dark hair with a braid) can be very rude and disrespectful. Everyone else is friendly and super nice. My 1 year old was crying while we were ordering our food to go, which i understand can be annoying trust me, which is why we ordered to go instead of dining-in and she had the audacity to shush my son in a very rude way and make a rude comment. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this honestly crossed the line. she has no manners towards customers. Bien amargada, sorry.
I ordered a pound of carnitas mix to go and was good the best carnitas I tried around phoenix,but also I ordered a consome Wich had good flavor , taste exactly like tacos calafia but the difference is here is overpriced 4 oz x $4 of just soup , no meat no garbanzo beans nothing (and at tacos calafia is free with any order) and their salsa( at Mexican corral is spicy good but they are stingy only 2 little cups for a pound of meat and a consome?, (And you guys need to get rid of the flys I mean the place is so little )
Best recommendation by far! DELICIOUS SOOOO DELICIOUS! We have come many times, our GO TO for carnitas! you won't regret!
First time but not my last. Food is brought out hot, fresh and taste like authentic Mexican food. Price is fair, clean small restaurant. Had to taste Birria tacos and consume is perfect. Second the pork tacos are soo good. Worth the drive. Portions are are more than expected .
Good Quality food, loved it . Hosts checks up on us and is very friendly. She is carrying but i understand why because of crackheads around here. The table we did sit wasn’t sturdy kept tilting when leaning on it .
