I had to downgrade a previously slated 4 stars due to my most recent experience. I ordered online for curbside pickup. 1 Char w/ cheese + bacon, fries and a drink. A sundae. I didn't receive my regular drink. The burger looks like a Burger King throw off and the fries were burnt. I arrived to pick-up the order promptly. It would be different if we didn't have the ability to choose such specific options, however it's not a situation where the information can get missed as they have it all in print. It's rare for me to indulge in fast food. Paying over $11 for such poor attention to detail makes me not want to again for some time. I REALLY wanted that iced tea too!

Always a problem here. I do take out. One time got home to find I had fries not onion rings ordered. Another time ordered online for no contact pick up where they deliver to car. Sat in car for 10 min after saying I was there. Went inside to find out their notification system wasn't working. Today did walk in order. Although 7 people were working behind counter and had lots of time to laugh and talk, after 15 min my buzzer finally went off and I was told "sorry". That just meant they were starting my order because they had lost my ticket. I am about ready to give up at this location.

The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the compassionate cashier! We ordered two burgers, and they came out raw. They had many orders in; I get that; however, we waited and asked for them to be re-cooked. The second time around one was still raw. I asked for my money back, and the cashier was so helpful and even told the kitchen staff to watch the burger temperatures. An older female employee responded in spanish, "Clearly, they want it burnt!" Not realizing I'm fluent, I responded." I don't want it burnt; I just would rather it not be raw.". She froze , walked away, and sat in the dining room. I can accept a medium burger any day, but raw?! And for her to respond that way, especially in front of customers, is not acceptable. To think I've always spoken highly of this restaurant chain and to have this happen is very sad.

Decided to stop in at Habit Burger for the first time today! Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very clean & friendly environment, John helped us at the counter and was super nice and helpful! I ordered a double char cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade & my husband ordered the Santa Cruz burger? (I forget the name lol) & we got some chicken bites to share. Everything came out super hot and fresh and we enjoyed it on the patio! The music was great and the food was even better. Exactly what we were craving, some delicious burgers and fries!! Definitely will be coming back :)

I placed my order 2 minutes away from curbside pickup, which was 20 minutes. Fine, 20 minutes awaiting in their parking lot was an expected time frame for my food. I immediately checked in that I was there and submitted the make, model and color of my vehicle and waited. 30 minutes in, I received a text that my order was complete and my food would be brought out shortly so I waited. Waited and waited and waited again for an additional 25 minutes and no one came out. At that point, I called the restaurant asking where my food was after waiting nearly an hour and within 5 minutes a girl comes out and I holler at her and she proceeds to approach me. When she arrived, I asked her what the problem was that took so long and she tells me that she never saw me in the curbside parking spots and didn't know I was there. I believe there are 3 curbside designated parking spots and when I arrived at the restaurant, those parking spots were occupied so I literally parked 4 spots to the east of the curbside spots within the same parking lot. Overall, this girl came out 3-4 times with other deliveries but because I wasn't parked in the designated area, she neglected to view the whole parking lot and never seeked my vehicle outside of curbside parking. That had to be the most ridiculous explanation that I had ever heard, that my opinion of this young lady was pure ignorance to even share with me and of course because of that ignorance my food was now cold and gross to eat that I literally threw it away. For the amount of money charged for my lunch, I find the Customer service of this restaurant to be so terrible that I'll likely never return again! Especially when there was no apology, no acknowledgment of my inconvenience but only a reasoning of I did not see you, that's absolutely absurd!

Quality of food was terrible. The grill was not cleaned neither was the fryer oil. The French fries came out soggy and overcooked. She asked if I could get a refund for the French Fries , the person taking the order said, well - you will have to take it up with the customer service. In fact your entire order will be cancelled. I was given an incorrect buzzer for getting food when it is ready. While I was waiting for my order an incorrect buzzer for getting food was also given incorrectly to 2 other people waiting in line. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. I would encourage the management to address this disaster of an experience.

Burgers are so delicious, you can taste they are just off the grill. 5 stars THE HABIT AFTER A YEAR OF EATING THERE HAMBURGERS THEY ARE STILL THE BEST!!!

The food was really good here, it was not very busy, staff was polite. Food was warm and prepared as I ordered which is refreshing. Wait time was about 15 minutes which is very reasonable. Overall very happy with my experience here.

Very busy and trying to keep up with orders but not doing very well. Burger made wrong(forgot the cheese) and had to ask for hot fries as the ones they gave us were sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes. The new “hot” fries were barely lukewarm. Most likely will not return to this chain.

The Habit is always just mediocre. It’s just not that great, the service is barely awake, I just don’t know what the draw is. I’ve tried it a handful of times in the last 5 years and it never rises above mediocre in taste, flavor, quality, presentation, service, or value.
