Wow I’m surprised this place is still open! Customer service at the front counter is beyond bad. Literally lunchtime and nobody in the place and they still can’t help you or even say “hi I’ll be with you in a minute”. Food was good first time I tried it a year ago, unfortunately the customer service is going to make this place fail miserably!
Got 20 wings and a shake costed $40.00, thought we would get a decent amount for that price, but no. Wings were very small, not that great. We ordered bbq, chipotle, and pinneaple jalapeño and got buffalo instead. Very much not worth the price, shake wasn't good either. Bdubs is better and more bang for your buck.
Always a favorite of mine! I usually don't like boneless wings, but these guys have outstandingly delicious juicy boneless wings?? please give them a try, the staff is always friendly as well
This place has great milkshakes. Today we decided to get food and it will be the last time. The chicken is decent, the fries were awful. Overcooked and mushy. It's really expensive for what you actually get. I paid $40for hardly anything. Sticking to milkshakes from now on.
Took a delivery for here and now I really wanna try it! Seems like a pretty neat concept, started in cali. But I did wait about an hour for the food which I wasn't to pleased about. But customer I delivered to was willing to wait so must be worth it. Will update once I'm able to decide for myself
I feel really bad for the employees that work here. They're younger kids and on a Friday night had an entire restaurant FILLED with people waiting for their food. There was no manager just 2 young guys (teenagers) on a busy Friday night. Whoever the owner or manager is needs to step up and be a manager. I was told 5 min, we waited almost an hour for a small order of fries and chicken fingers. Insane.EDIT: To top it off when I got home they didn't give me the extra ranches I paid for and there was a hair in my French fries.
I went here for dinner around 4:00pm . I order small Buffalo fries with BBQ chicken then found a place to sit about 10 minutes past one of the employees asked me if I was waiting for something I said yes my order . Then another employee went to the restroom came out to get toilet paper and went back to restroom while another employee was mopping the dining room. Some people came in to pick up some orders . I'm still waiting for my order . 20 minutes still waiting . So I decided to just get a refund . Obviously they don't care I don't have my food yet . Went to the cCounter and waited for a couple minutes but noticed the cooks had no gloves on even the one that just came back from restroom. Told them I just want a refund so she started to laugh and smiled at me . I told her she was being rude and disrespectful then another employee came up with my order . I said I have been here a least 15 times and it never took 20 minutes for food . So we had a heated conversation for a couple minutes . I went back to my table to get my stuff has I was walking out the door they were giving each other high 5s and were laughing. Saying to each other " see I made him argue with us " . They were rude, disrespectful and not sanitary. I will never eat at Buffalo Spot again.
Been a regular here for at least 4 months, staff is always friendly , my order which is specific is pretty much always right! The wings, shakes, sandwiches , and frys are great and fresh 9/10 times! I see the or her reviews but I’ve had nothing but good experiences ?♂️ ??
Over $2 per wing for a six piece...plus you only get to pick 2 sauces for a 20 piece... There are way to many other wing places in this town for wings... Do yourself a favor and find yourself a different wing spot
IMO this place has the best wings going right now. I had their Original hot, which I would call medium, and Carribean Jerk. Sauce options are somewhat limited, but lots of sides to choose from.
