Very poor customer service no greetings when u walk in everyone is juss doing there own thing pretty much would not recommend
You had me at cinnamon toast crunch shake. I stopped in and met these guys today and let me just say, Im impressed. That isn't easy to do. Their spot looks great, it's decent size and it has a chill vibe. The service was excellent and the shake... phe-nominal! I am for sure going back here next time I drive by and this time I'm doing it before lunch or dinner and I'm not just having a shake. If you're wondering, "hmm should I try it?" Don't wonder, drop in and grab a bite and do not, I repeat DO NOT forget to have a cinnamon toast crunch shake with your meal. Dine in! You'll be ok. Wash your hands n stuff. Thanks to the guys down at The Buffalo Spot, I will definitely be back!
I Recomended my family to dine in because of the wonderful service at the location on 99th ave Mc dowell rd but this location on northern is horrible cashier dont pay attention on your order and even though they made a mistake on my order i still have to wait for my order and had to pay extra on my food when i ask for my food and it was the cashier fault and she admited to have made the mistake.really dissapointed with the service and wont be returning back to this location.
I don’t recommend phone orders, it’s faster if you show up and place your order at the store vs waiting +20mins…plus on top the cashier did not say the most common phrase “have a great day or a thank you…just handed the food and that’s it” been a years since I ordered form this establishment but after today I’ll make sure I’ll make it +1years next time I order or visit from this place
This was absolutely horrible. My husband, my daughter and I were definitely unimpressed. The garlic bread tasted like hospital bread. I don’t even know how to describe the French fries. The “mild” chicken tenders were far from mild. My mouth was on fire and it burned going down. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake was far from tasting like the cereal. I don’t plan on going back. I’ll stick to Canes Chicken.
I got the 5 chicken tenders (garlic parmasean) as well as an order of normal fries, with ranch.Wasn't bad! Just wasn't anything to write home about. Lady at the front was very nice and there was TONS of seating, so if you need to pack a group in you'd likely have no issue.
Food was cold like it had been sitting there for a long time even when I showed up at the exact pick up time. When I got home realized had missing items which by then due to it raining didn't want to drive all the way back. Bread was all hard and cold and all the food was cold never again.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE This Place. I Took My Beautiful Granddaughter Here For Lunch. One Of Our Top FAVORITE Places To Eat At. Kevin The Assistant Manager. Is One Of The Nicest People You Will EVER Talk To. Thank You Kevin For Taking Care Of Us Yesterday. My Family Eats Here At This Location ALL The Time. Drives From El Mirage To This Location Because It's The BEST!!!
Never ate here because when I walked in I was totally baffled as to why a buffalo chicken place has this overpowering pungent MAYONNAISE smell. I turned right around and walked out.TOTALLY DISGUSTING!
Chicken looked like it was cooked in a microwave and fries seems soggy.... I don’t think I’ll be there again... my friend insisted on trying these only to be disappointed last weekend... and he both got sick! No flavor at all... they almost tasted like raw chicken dipped in water ?... wrote to corporate as still no replies ... what a joke... just read the rest on the reviews... any good lawyers to claim against raw food? Still no reply
