I went in a hour before they closed and orders Buffalo fries and a chicken sandwich meal. The cashier was friendly and helpful however the food that i received was trash I asked for Lemon pepper on both fries got up charged and they didn’t even season them. the chicken was practically wet in the bun with welted lettuce and a single hot soggy piece of tomato I called the following day to get a refund and the manager on duty said 1 word during the whole call of me trying to explain what happened. He then tried to argue with me about calling the same night when there were closed by the time I got home . This store needs some management training feel bad for your employees and we definitely won’t be bringing our business back here 0/10
Tried this spot for dinner because it was close to our resort & it had "buffalo" in the name! My kids eat buffalo sauce on almost everything they eat, so hubbs and I knew it would be a good pick :) We did a family pack of boneless wings with 3 different flavors of sauce, 4 drinks, and fries! We also tried the famous buffalo fries, they were famous with my kids. We tried the cajun, bbq, and original buffalo. We all liked the flavors. We wanted to try a shake but we were all full! The staff were friendly and said bye when we left. The kids loved dinner!
Mediocre wings. Nice crispness, but average size and at $17 for 10 wings I really expected better. Nice variety of sauces available. I tried the basic buffalo sauce and a barbecue sauce...the barbecue sauce was pretty bland. The basic hot sauce was good. When my order was brought out I was told that one on the wings got caught in the fryer so I was short one Wing. I was offered a free order of french fries to make up for it but I don't like french fries... So I opted to have my One Wing fried up and brought to me. And that honestly was the only wing out of 10 wings that was actually served hot. Considering they were all made to order and it took 15 minutes to get out the first order I was pretty surprised that they were basically all room temperature when I bit into them. For the price, not really worth a second visit.
No one in front of me, I order a buffalo chicken wrap. A wrap.... It takes 20minutes of me waiting to remind that I made an order and am waiting. Just for them to whip it up in 1 minute. And... It's nothing special. Just an overpriced wrap. Would have been better off going to WinCo next door and paying $5. At least WinCo's wrap wouldn't fall apart like this one did. Nor would I if have had to wait so long. And the wrap is pretty tiny. There was maybe 4 pieces of chicken in the entire thing. So happy I paid for a wrap stuffed with lettuce. 0/5 stars if I could.
It’s slow. The cook had something up his a$$. Took 30 mins for two chicken sandwiches. Poor girl working the counter didn’t do anything wrong but hurry the process of him making our food. Then they had a little Togo rush and forgot about us I’m pretty sure. She tried to make up for it with drinks and fries. But sandwiches were cold and gross. Bread was nasty too. Will not be coming back
First I just want to say the food was very good and presentation was on point! I stopped in last night Waited a little longer then usually but When the young lady with the red Collard shirt I'm assuming was the manager stepped out from the back to hand out a order asked the name on my order and apologized seeing I was waiting for a while and explained she had two new cooks and they were still learning and my food would be out shortly. I appreciate the fact that she took a second to apologize for my long wait and let me know how long it was going to be. Thank you for being aware of your customers and doing it with a beautiful smile! I Will definitely be coming back with your great customer service.
I don't normally take the time to write reviews on places I eat at. I gave this place a try when it opened up at the northern location but there customer service isn't the greatest but I love there food and when I found out they had another location I decided to give it another try. I don't come in a lot because it is quit a ways from where I live reasonings why I would go to the northern location it is right up the street from me,But I will go out of my way to this location only because they are always so welcoming.Tonight was what really stood out to me to write a review and give them five stars. The night manager that was running the shift (I didn't get her name )was doing what you don't see as often as you should when running a food business. She was helping her employees in all areas. Taking orders cleaning tables checking on her customers and even checking on her employees asking them if they were okay. She really stood out tonight and even made sure I had everything I needed before leaving and recommend I try a shake.I will definitely keep coming back here!she made my night seeing a smile on her face doing it all.she definitely nailed her position! Keep her for as long as you can :)
I give it a five for the hand crafted shakes. I had the "Famous" chicken fries and they were good. Not famous good tho. I would for sure come back just for the shakes. I had the peanut butter cup one and it was delicious. Might try something else of the menu. Their traditional wings look good. Maybe next time.
The food is super good, but took literally forever to get our food. On a busy day it took 40 minutes which I gave the benefit of the doubt since it was busy. But today there was one order ahead of us and after we ordered no one came in to order or to pick up and it still took 20 minutes. It also took forever for someone to come up to the counter when I just needed to ask for a to-go box. Good food, but I don't feel the need to go back if it takes that long. And I am a very patient person
My wife picked up our food and they forgot half of it. Now her fries are soggy. My daughter got chicken tenders and said they had a weird texture, I tried one, they do.
