Staff was friendly enough. Other than that it was a disappointing experience. The fries were old and soggy. The sauce was lacking any flavor other than sugar. The onion rings were flavorless but at least they were crispy. Other than the onion rings, it all tasted like it was microwaved. Not only that, there's no indicator of the size of the small/medium/large containers. Very overpriced for the quality. It would be cheaper (and better) to just get frozen wings and fries at the grocery store and make them yourself. Other than the food aspect, the staff do not follow good food handling practices. They didn't change their gloves the entire time I was there. This included making a call on a personal phone, running hands through their hair, using the cash register, using the store phone, wiping tables, and who knows what else they did without ever changing their gloves. I should not have been surprised when the QR code on the receipt didn't even work to leave a review that way.
I've been to the Spot a couple of times, and decided that was enough. The food was decent, but the service was among the worst I've seen. Every time I went, the entire staff was high school aged kids. They acted like typical teens, zero professionalism. They were throwing towels and food at each other, laughing loudly, cursing, and generally uninterested in the customers. Never saw anyone that might be a manager.Suggestion: hire some older people, put a RESPONSIBLE person in the store at all times, and fire the rotten apples. Good luck.
I’ve been to a Buffalo spot before in California and it was very good. The customer service was good and thats the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars. I ordered the chicken tenders with the pineapple jalapeño sauce and it was just disgusting. Tasted horrible and the chicken had bo flavor. They should be disappointed in themselves for what they call chicken tenders. Worse tenders/chicken I’ve ever had. ? I can definitely do better myself.
Great Customer service and a clean fast food environment. Food was hot and fresh. I ended up having the Hot Buffalo Fries with there special sauce. Just a heads up you do not need extra sauce, they put a good amount on.
I’d I could give zero stars I would. The staff was out of the kitchen talking to friends rather than cooking. The poor cashier had to go back and cook. My food took twenty minutes to make and it was just buffalo fries. Quality was trash too. No one was wearing masks and they staff wasn’t changing their gloves either. ??
Although their soda machine didn’t work, they were quick to accommodate with other options! Also very nice service !

This is the best place for wings. Even the boneless wings are made fresh daily from Cut chicken breasts, not frozen chicken nuggets thrown in the fryer. The flavors are great, the onion rings are excellent as well.
