Great friendly staff
Friendly service
they were out of bacon this week , toast was like a rock and looked like someone had sat on it. had to wait for them to brew coffee, small portions for the price and slow service. I would avoid this place. Go to the black bear diner its is amazing!
Not happy with the unattended staff at this spot, booked here at the Courtyard for 2 weeks, will never stay here again, and they told me that was ok.
From the time Kevin answered the phone for my shuttle the bar was set high! This place is true Marriott quality! Not a lot of frills but friendly, quality, happy people who bend over backwards to make you feel really special. Rooms are clean and practical. Seriously, a great example of what hotels should be.
Room was average - clean and functional. Flew in late at night, shuttle pick was quick, hotel is 5-10 min from airport. Early flight out in the morning 5:30 am, pick up was scheduled night before to ensure no drama getting to airport on time. Excellent service! Front desk provided a few options for dinner delivery to the hotel as in house restaurants were still closed due to Covid, but worked out fine and food was good, delivery quick. Overall exactly what we were looking for - thank you
I paid $8 for a jimmy dean microwaved sandwich
This restaurant is permanently closed per the hotel staff.
Okay, I've done as much as four months in a year in this style (and brand) of hotel. In this case I booked a room that said kitchen. The and it wasn't a kitchen - it was a mini-fridge. (A very mini-fridge) If you are expecting an extended stay style this isn't it. The lobby had a microwave but it was broken and required some encouragement to work. The restaurant was closed due to Covid so this made it worse - I had to toss my food the next day since I couldn't keep it frozen as the fridge was too little to freeze stuff. The room was pretty dated for a named property and everything felt a bit worn. Maybe they were keeping everyone on one floor so it was just getting worn down until this blows over but I will stay at either the regular Mariott property next month or at the Residence Inn across town. The staff is friendly - it's just that only the lobby seems to be updated, the rest is not and not very comfortable overall.
