Green curry Level 1 spice was perfect. Still spicy! And delicious. Cute place. Friendly service. Will definitely be grabbing takeout for dinner.
Some of the best Thai food we have ever had...and my wife is a Thai chef herself so she is pretty picky about Thai food. It has become a staple any time we drive through Phoenix. If we only have time to eat at one restaurant in Phoenix, this is it. Conveniently located close to I-10 and near the Premium Outlet Mall.
Short trip to Arizona for some golf and to escape the never ending Minnesota winter. Heard about Thai Delight in Chandler and wanted to give it a try. What a great experience. We stopped in mid-afternoon when it wasn’t too busy. This gave us the opportunity to talk to Mike, the owner. Super guy running a great business. The food was outstanding. A great selection of appetizers, soups and entrees with fair pricing. The service was very good. The atmosphere was different than most Thai restaurants I have tried. It had a modern look and a very comfortable feel. This will become a regular stop on future trips.
Super tasty, delicious, and authentic from the Thai tea to the main dish. Portions are huge and reasonably priced for quality food and taste. The best Thai tea I’ve had in awhile. Definitely can taste the difference & not your average powdered/artificial tea. Pad Thai and soup were extremely delicious and savory. Did not disappoint and cannot wait to try their other menu items. Quick, friendly service.
Hands down my favorite spot to get green curry. This place is delicious in every way. The staff is always friendly and hospitable as well. Thank you!
Great food here. My only complaint is that sometimes I'm asked to provide my credit card number over the phone when I place an order. I really don't like to do that. Whenever my wife calls in it's never a problem to just swipe a card when picking up. It makes me wonder why that is. Not the friendliest service, but great food.
The one star does not reflect the food. We’ve been coming here for years and love the food. The one star reflects the dine in service we recently experienced. We understand that covid has changed a lot for many restaurants Thai Delight included. We see that you are probably making more revenue now with takeout than dine in as your tables have dwindled down to a few and the ambiance is no longer really inviting people to dine in. Your “waiter” this recent evening seemed annoyed that he had to serve us. He was short with us and rude. Some people aren’t cut out for customer service. If Thai Delight truly cares about their customers it was not reflecting in that employee at all sorry to say. And it may carry into his phone service with takeout customers. There is one gentleman who we see often in the front who is a gem so this review also does not reflect that person either. Sorry Thai Delight but we normally are totally happy with you guys and appreciate you. Just wanted you to be aware.
Food was pretty good. Got yellow curry and red curry and crab puffs. Portions are pretty large. Could have served at least 4 people with that much food. But at least we get left overs :) potatoes in the curry tasted like they were canned or something off about them. Other than that I enjoyed it. Really good crab puffs. Also a level 1 is pretty spicy if you aren’t used to much heat. Would come back and order less food next time.
The owner/staff need to go back to school for customer service. It's well-known that with Thai food it's a delicate balance with spiciness and easy to over do. I couldn't even enjoy the dish because it was that spicy but that was no concern to the server who didn't event try to work with me.
This is my favorite thai place ever! Its super close to my house and Ive always had excellent experiences with staff. Their fried rice is seasoned to perfection, and my go to yellow curry is always delicious. <3
