We always eat at the bar so that we are not rushed. Ladies at the bar were great, did not rush us to order. My Steak was very good for this class if restaurant. My Husband had a Grilled Chicken Salad and he really enjoyed it and he got plenty to eat.My dinner was great. Thank you to you ladies at the bar at The Roadhouse on Happy Valley Rd. In Phoenix.
Got the prime rib again tonight. Big surprise since that's what i get almost every time I go there. I love to get my prime rib blackened. It adds spice and tons more flavor to the meat. Sweet potato and salad for a delicious meal! I highly recommend getting your meat blackened if you like to spice things up! Not overly spicy, it's just right! Give it a try!

After over 2 hours we finally got seated. Don’t plan on going if you don’t want to spend all evening waiting to seated. Took almost 4 hours from checking in with the hostess until we finished dinner. Regardless of how the food tasted the experience was less than enjoyable.
We called ahead and got on wait list and was seated when promised.. dinner was delicious and cooked to order. Sirloin, prime rib and new York. The fresh, hot rolls served at seating are amazing. Vegetable cooked to perfection, not overcooked. Excellent value.
Went for the first time with two friends. We ate at the bar and had tremendous service. Very friendly and great food! We enjoyed the fried onion appetizer.
Sent my steak back for being cold to the touch on the outside, they brought the same steak back less than 3 minutes later. Requested for it to be remade, they said it would take 15 minutes because the grill was already off… they bring me another steak that was literally raw in the middle. I requested medium rare, when I told the manager Raymond, that it was ridiculous that my steak was raw in the middle on the edge(not even the center) , and he stated their medium rare and rare are “side by side, the same thing”. The lack of customer service at this location is absolutely appalling. The managers, Lou and Raymond need retraining. Yes, they took the steak off my bill. But having to watch everyone else eat at MY birthday dinner and then take my food home in a box… my steak that I ended up taking out of sheer frustration was less than a quarter inch thick and was not up to par. I’m annoyed that I wasted $100 (including gift cards for my birthday) on this sub par dinner. Our server Carlos was great.. I asked Carlos for the owner/corporate information. When he came back with the bill I asked again for this information, for him to state that his manager also avoided his question for the franchise/corporate information.If this is the way they run their business, the regional manager may want to be in the restaurant a little more as this quite frankly is unacceptable.
Their corporate policy not to seat a partial party is ridiculous. All we wanted was to sit and relax and have a drink while we waited for a new mom and her baby to join us inside. The worst experience at the hostess stand, the team needs better training .Positive note, Angelica was super nice and understanding! That is the reason there was one star. It would have zero stars if not for her.

We chose Texas Roadhouse as our location for our family get together. It was a really great experience. I believe the waitress knew of our important in making this a memorable time. We were told that our wait time would be about an hour. But in speaking to other customers who were already there waiting to be seated, the customers understand and agree to switch their wait time with us. And so our wait time was actually more around 15 minutes. We thanked the other waiting customers profusely. We even offered to but them appetizers but they refused and one guy summed it up, he said "with our world and personal lives in such turbulence, it's good to see our family being able to actually be all together ... And it's about that togetherness that has been missed by everyone that gives him hope". ?❤️ I don't think it could have been said any better. His words put a lump in all our throats and we held each other just a little tighter. I took a lot of pictures but I heard also, "Dee you better not post any pics with us in them or mention any names...I promised I wouldn't. I'm not one to rat out another. All I can say is everyone kept to the keto diet, vegan diet, organic diet, vegetarian diet, no red meat diet, no carbs diet ???? As for me, I was so hungry. I delved into my mine and totally forgot to take pics of what I ate, but I had the 8oz NY Strip w/grilled shrimp, baked potato and a tossed salad w/1000 Island dressing on the side. It was delicious. I filled up on the tossed salad and shrimp alone. I took togo the steak and baked potato. It was fun memorable time with family and believe me, it was long over due. I just hope and pray that many more families will be able to do this soon with their families. ?❤️?
