We have been to many Texas Roadhouses throughout the valley and they are normally excellent. Not this one! This is by far the worst one we have ever been to. Terrible service - our food took over 45 minutes (after asking several times). The server was unresponsive and the manager wasn’t much better. They ‘lost our food ticket’ but only discovered this after complaining twice. No one apologized. They ended up comping the meal - as they should have. Will never come here again.

Grabbed a quick dinner here before heading to a movie.. I was here solo so sat at the bar..I ordered the medium cooked 8oz sirloin with mash potatoes with white gravy and a side of corn, everything was cooked correctly and was delicious! My bartenender/server "Trace" was attentive knowledgeable and I loved his nails! Will be back when I'm in the area lovely atmosphere!
That's what I found when I unrolled the utensils, dirty and unwashed silverware, almost lost my appetite. However, my night was turned around when the manager stopped by to apologize and did what he could to rectify the situation. I understand people make mistakes and I'm happy they took accountability without excuses.

best place to eat. best fried pickles and cactus blossom. they don't rip you off on drinks either. their Jamaican cowboy with an extra shot of patron is all you need to let go of that stressful day at work. I love this place I visit once a week. they are life family. and great fun environment. great prices too

Great service. Did not have to ask the waiter for drinks. She kept bringing them out. She kept bringing out bread without asking. She made sure we had all sauces we needed. Food came out on time and our appetizer was on time as well. My steak was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The ribs we ordered literally was falling off the bone. First time here and we will be going back. Food was amazing.
