Zero stars if it were allowed. I took my daughter here, we never had Boba. We asked for a Strawberry Boba, not exactly sure what or how to order. The lady was real short, and yelled, "What kind" I said we hadn't had it before, and weren't sure what to order she roled her eyes, and said to my daughter rudely, she can't have caffeine. So, I just said forget it and walked out. Terrible service, no thanks. Maybe help us order, don't be a jerk about it.... I won't come here again. Very unprofessional, very unwelcoming. Take your business elsewhere...
There aren’t that many boba places around PV, so I decided to try this spot. I ordered just a Lavender Milk Tea w/ Boba. I thought the milk tea taste good, but the tapioca boba pearls unfortunately did not; they were over cooked & soggy. I wish they would have been more fresh and firm. I don’t think I’d personally eat any of their food options. For the price I paid, $5.75, it’s okay as your standard boba.
My husband got the dragonfruit smoothie with no boba and my son got the strawberry smoothie with no boba, both of their drinks were yummy! I wanted to try the taro smoothie with brown sugar boba and the honeydew milk tea with tapioca boba. While both drinks were good and sweet, the boba in both was very firm, to firm to pop, as you might do. The brown sugar boba almost added a chemical-y taste to the drink. The honeydew milk tea wasn't what I expected, which was my fault. It was good but almost tasted like a honeydew gone bad.
It was a disappointment. The staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Food is average. I gave 2 stars because the boba tea drinks were ok, however, I will not come back to this place anytime soon.My boyfriend and I came here for some boba tea and a little dinner. It's our first time so we took a minute to decide what to have. The lady who took our order didn't seem very welcoming or happy to see us. We ordered from the menu up on the wall but she said that they have the new owner and the menu up there was not updated yet. We got two boba milk tea and they were ok. When the food came out, there were only 3 crispy rolls instead of 4. I would have appreciated if she had told me that the "new" crispy roll order will come with 3 rolls. The rolls were not that tasty. Lastly, the popcorn chicken came out with tiny pieces and there was more inedible part (chewy and rubbery) than chicken meat. I honestly didn't know if they are chicken.
Green tea matcha and honeydew milk tea both were horrible. Nasty after taste. I don't know if it's the change in ownership or what but I couldn't drink it. I'm the trash it went. Will not be coming back
They were out of regular boba, had to settle for the brown sugar. And the lady was really mean about it. Guess I should automatically know when they are out of something. The blended chocolate with coffee jelly was really light, not much taste. For the price, you don't really get very much.Customer service was terribleDrinks were just okThere are better places.
Only four stars because I have only visited twice but both times were 5 star. Modern chic comfortable decor. Big and small Boba, hot and cold, a million flavor combinations. Well done, very good.
I really wanted to like this place, but the milk tea/boba was totally unpalatable. Another reviewer mentioned a weird chocolate taste, and I totally get it. I got a black milk tea, which I'm pretty sure is the most common type of milk tea there is, but it was just gross and had that artificial chocolate-like taste (I didn't taste the tea at all). The boba was also way too soft and felt like they had been squished.I was super disappointed. The woman that helped me out also came across as very unwelcoming, like she just wanted me to get my drink and GTFO. Well, I did.
Very chic place. Love their boba strawberry smoothie .. they also serve pho soup yummy!!
This boba shop is so cute! My partner and I have loved getting drinks from here. It's now our default boba place.
