One of the few Korean BBQ eats in Phoenix, this place exceeded in every aspect of customer service and quality dining. Our server was May, she immediately sat us, gave us menus, took our drink order and was back in 2 minutes. We ordered food a few minutes later, they set up the grill in front of us, and gave us all of our sides including kimchi + zucchini, rice, lettuce leaves, sauces, garlic cloves, among a few others. Meat cuts came out with onion slices. It was so nice to cook it ourselves, the food was great! The employees were very friendly and attentive, Jose checked in with us as well as the manager. The only thing that kinda threw me off was the decor, I can see the walls have major cracks and the upholstery on the seats had duct tape on them, probably from holes/wear and tear. It's easy to miss tho if you don't look around much. I would DEFINITELY come back to eat here again and will be recommending it to anyone I can!
Friendly staff, great food, and terrific atmosphere. Enjoyed our first experience here and will definitely come back again!
Excellent atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Although short staff at the moment and closed Tuesdays and Thursdays the place is excellent. It's mixed Korean and Japanese cuisine. Meat was well marinated. I did not try the sushi, for my next adventure. I would come back. Kalbi was excellent. Bulgogi was delicious. Kimchi was great.
Food is delicious, flavor is perfect. Service is great, friendly and helpful.
Another of my favorite places to eat. We drove across town to wait and eat there but the food is so delicious. And eating Korean BBQ is an experience that is worth it.
Friendly staff. Delicious food. Lots of interesting flavors. Not sure why the short rib dishes were twice as expensive as others. Three dishes were plenty for four of us. Nice selection of both Korean and Japanese, beef, seafood and tofu.
The staff is very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. We had many questions since it was our first time there. The food was fresh and delicious. It's a bit crowded on the seating space but a family of 4 can still enjoy dinner in one table.
Tastes & looks great. Kind staff who are very attentive and fast to serve. It's quiet but alive enough to have a normal meal without awkwardness. Recommended for sure
We came in excited to get some food… But the hostess made us feel extremely unwelcome. We debated whether to eat there or not, and when we decided to stay, the hostess was rude and would only communicate with single words. Also, what’s the point of wearing a mask if you’re not going to cover your entire face??
Smaller than what I thought, homey vibe to it. Tried a little bit of everything. Some was smacking (thin sliced marinated beef) ,some was mediocre. They gonna hit you with LoTs of veggies per dish so be prepared. All there sauces/ garnishes /extras were on point. Host was personal and friendly. Server was a little lost in the sauce ...would I go back yes to try more dishes
