I had breakfast (Idly, Onion Dosa, Onion Uthappam, Punugulu, Chai, Pastries) with my family here and everything tasted great. Ginger chutney was some kind of unique andhra stuff here. With the taste being good, they can try to make service more professional so they can attract more customers for dine in as well and grow the chain.
Really disappointed with this food, I ordered Raju gari kodi pulav and they just served chicken curry mixed with rice in the base and plain pulav rice on top , I asked for medium spicy & I got really spicy one … Never go to this restaurant again & not recommended

We are vegetarian and we ordered egg biryani. Shockingly they gave us some mutton/chicken biryani rice laced with eggs. It was a disgusting experience for us and when I called them back , the person at the counter said he is very busy as it is rush hour. He did not offer to make up for such a grave mistake ! Will stay away from them now on.
Ordered Gongura mutton biryani today for lunch, and usually they are excellent but today they gave food that was from yesterday or Sunday. I fell sick and still trying to recover. They can defend that they never serve the leftovers but I been here plenty of time and can tell the difference and it was indeed was bad food.
Place a take out order for several items...most were decent. Called back on Chat because it was not prepared with tamarind and chutney. Lady was rude and said it came without as she explain on the initial order which was a blatant lie. She said she was sorry and didn't refund our money. Such poor customer service and business ethics. We will not be returning.
The 3 stars are for the sweets. I have always gotten sweets from here and they are all very good. Today is the first time I ordered something other than sweets and I'm soooo disappointed. Ordered veg biryani n cashew Gobi. Veg biryani had zucchini n snap peas( I wouldn't have minded it if it tasted good atleast) n the masala rice was wet n dint taste good too. While the so called "cashew" Gobi had 5 literally "5" slit cashews over all. ??♀️ Come on at least rename it or something.
In start some how it maintained the quality but now it finally started showing its color and quality and service both become pathetic.Here is what they served as chines veg fried rice .. which is nothing but biryani rice left over and fried it with some leftover vegetables..Its worse now. I will never order anything from here and wont advise anyone to order as well.

Best Indian food in Phoenix around with great taste. My family and friends love Chicken Biryani, Appetizers, samosas and sweets. We always order here for parties and every other week. My kids love it.
