First time trying it and we liked it. Sweet and sour pork was delicious. We spent 60 bucks but got a bunch of different things to try. I would go back. No place to dine in though.
I just stopped in this afternoon I had never been there before, and my husband said he'd had it before and it was really good. We ordered the sweet and sour pork, pork fried rice, the chicken fried rice the vegetarian spring rolls and the general chicken.The spring rolls were great pork fried rice was awesome mushy pork was okay I guess not so great. The chicken fried rice was great, but the general chicken was just okay.The restaurant is pretty dated and need some love, but all restaurants are in difficult economic times and clearly it is owned and operated by family and it is still a great place to go.They are only taking to go orders right now but they will have your order ready, in 10-15 minutes regardless of how big it is. Yes, your order will be hot and it will come with fortune cookies and all the sauces you need.I tipped of course ,and hope that you do too. You should try it out, I'm thinking that it's like any other restaurant it's accused by case situation at this time because of short staffing etc but I really think anybody that likes Chinese food to definitely give it a shot.The people that work there are absolutely lovely.Don't pass it by, at least try it out. I'm hoping other people have a good experience too.
Love this place ... cannot get enough of their food. I crave for their iced tea all the time..........................update April 2022...................I finally had an opportunity to post some pics of their food. I got sizzling rice soup and chicken lettuce wrap for dinner. I posted play by play how I build my lettuce wrap.They have some amazing soups on their menu. I order sizzling rice soup (shrimp, pork and chicken), vegetable sizzling rice soup, wor won ton (shrimp, chicken, vegetablesand dumplings. I order a side of broth and a side of sizzling rice), and corn soup depending on what I am craving. If they reopen their dining I do want to try their west lake soup (minced beef and onions).As for dinner dishes I have a few favorites. Sweet and sour fish, shrimp lo mein, crispy orange beef, salt and pepper pork chops, egg fu young, bok choy with twin mushrooms, Chinese Broccoli (with garlic sauce) and steamed vegetables. I love their deep fried tofu with mushrooms.Once in a great moon I will order from their Chinese menu that has the fried chicken ?. So delicious. I miss eating there and I miss their iced tea.I hope you they reopen their doors. Soon. Please. It's a must try restaurant if you're looking for a different Chinese restaurant. I have been a long time customer here and some dishes I can't get anywhere else.
I will say I have been going to this Chinese food ever since it opened back in 1998. I can safely say now, their food smells like bad cooking oils, along with their restaurant. smells the same like bad cooking oils...many restaurants are smelling the same way along with their food...bad oils included, oils that have expired, canola, palm, cottonseed, sunflower, corn and peanut oils that smell putrid! So long Super Dragon! You Were The Best For Years, but now it really stinks in there.
Lol "almond chicken" was a mixture of vegetables and boiled "protein" that wasn't chicken. Dish had no flavor and was swimming in an ultra thin flavorless sauce. Rice was good and egg roll was ok. The fortune cookie was exemplary, it may have been the highlight. Thankfully I didn't pay and the food was free but had I paid I'd have been slightly soggy about it.
Fantastic food and great service. The lady who takes the orders is very friendly and so are the people who run the pickup counter. The food is amazing with generous portions and gets made so quickly! Super Dragon is super awesome!
This place is take out only. Food was good. There wasnt a long wait.
My favorite Chinese food place. If I'm late to pick up my order they end up making it fresh . Lady that takes my call and payment when I come in, is great! Even my dad who lives in Hong Kong, said this place was really good! ?
Great service with a smile. Food is always great more then expected. Been going there for 15 years. Hopefully 15 more thanks Super Dragon.
Take out only and the food is very good and the staff is very friendly and health conscious they disinfect surfaces and ware masks ? and the prices are very reasonable and they give you lots of food ?
