Did not have the greatest experience here, even though I was super excited to try it. I’m a vegetarian and I ordered the yam bagel and I cannot make this up but there was literally bacon in it?? I think the person making it totally just put the bacon jam from another menu item by accident? Truly horrifying when I brought it up the service just looked at me and shrugged and said since I already had it, I couldn’t send it back and that I could reorder it. Super unhelpful.
Saw the person making my order wipe there nose with their hand and continue to work with the food. I didn’t want to make it an issue with the person working so I asked if I could speak to the owner, thinking they could address it with the staff privately - turns out the nose wiper WAS the owner. Will not be going back.
Stoop Kid has been a regular destination for breakfast as downtown residents. We love it! It's one of the best choices you have for a quick bite and unique experience. 4-stars because the bagel sandwitches are quite messy and every bite you take forces the insides out, making quite a challenging experience that's a mess. Their burgers are top notch and some of the best you can find in the area - if you love bagels and burgers, this is your place!
Omg this is my new favorite burger! The patty is fresh with that crispy cheese crust and that bun is amazing.
Bagels and smears are amazing! We had to order more! ? Loved the common dining area and entire concept. Great music, seating, decor, variety, and food!

In short... Stoop Kid is a great place serving awesome food made by excellent people!I love the food, the burgers are well made and very tasty. The house made chips and plantains are also great! If you get there in time for breakfast, you can't go wrong with a bagel and schmear or a breakfast sandwich.The online ordering system works pretty well too.Stoop Kid is quite possibly my favorite burger in town. Highly recommend checking it out.
Great smash burgers at a good price. They would have gotten five stars but sometimes their "meh, chill" vibe gets in the way of running the business well.I've been told they can't put mustard on a burger while one of the burgers on the menu has mustard on it.I've had my burger completely forgotten.I've stood at the window waiting to order while the person taking orders wouldn't look up from their phone.Meanwhile, absolutely still 4 stars. Probably my 2nd favorite burger in Phoenix. (The favorite being Harvey's on 16th, if Monty is working)
Legit good burgers! Before 11am, they serve their sandwiches in bagels. They work up some magic with their bagel toasting skills because they get the inside super crispy, makes you think they added crispy hash browns in there or something. Either way, they serve up a reaaaaal good bagel sandwich in the mornings. We went back for lunch on another day and had their burger which was also amazing!
