Good food, nice deli atmosphere. A little price, but it is a downtown location.Outdoor seating is a plus.

If I can give this restaurant a 0 stars I would. Me and my brother are walking in and they didn't help and if you don't know what they have or make. They aren't a friendly customer service. I was rush.
If you're going to Phoenix downtown and you are near Phoenix Municipal Courts, County Court and Phoenix City Hall you sure check Mom and Pop restaurant. This place is near all these locations. The food is excellent. They have coffee different sandwiches and unbelievable salads. You can do take order out Or of you have time I would dine in. They have plenty of outside seats you can sit and watch people. Plus this is one of the historical buildings in downtown Phoenix. If you enter historical buildings.
Located in a historic building in downtown Phoenix, this is such a sweet spot to grab a coffee and breakfast. Customer service is excellent, food and drinks are fab. Highly recommend!
Good location near the downtown courthouses. They were quick and the sandwich tasted good. I think the sandwich was a little light on the amount of meat you get on the sandwich for the cost and thus the 4star instead of a 5star rating. I will likely go back when Im in the area.
They put everything in there sandwiches but MEAT(not cheap either), and when you pay for extra meat they give one more slice!!! Lettuce in salads are always half wilted!!! No one should ever go here when Crazy Jim’s across the street exists!
Worst experience took 20 mins for a smoothie. The staff not all but most just have a attitude.
This place was delicious! I ordered a traffic jam with mayo, lettuce, onion, and seasonings. Ideal quick work lunch.
