Had so much fun! The music and atmosphere are amazing! I love that it is like a speak easy and you have to enter through a secret passage! Really cool experience over all!
Very poorly managed. Two concerts the same night, place is staffed with two of the SLOWEST bartenders I've ever seen, though they were polite, to be fair. Customers are ordering cocktails that take 2-3 minutes to make each, slowing everything down. A night like this is churn and burn. Set up a beer tub for people who want a quick drink and have cash, and you've just eliminated your line and tripled your revenue. Make a special cocktail menu focused on speed and efficiency for nights like this, and create a fast bar screen on your POS, and it's that easy. Maybe Stardust's likes being minor league, I don't know.No sense of urgency and zero forethought. That's a management issue.
If you are looking to drink and play some pinball in a really cool setting this is your place! Be sure to come during the week Sunday-Thursday if you want a chill setting to drink and play. Friday and Saturday evenings they remove tables to have a dance floor, if you are into that it's pretty fun too. You can order Pizza from Ziggys Magic Pizza Shop (the pizza parlor you walk through to get to Stardust) and have them deliver it to you within Stardust when there isn't a big dance party.
Such a cool retro spot to visit. It’s a little difficult to find lol it’s inside Ziggy’s Pizza - go through the pizza shop double doors, you’ll see the bar entrance on the right side. When we got there, it wasn’t too pack. Had a few drinks at the bar - they have a few special drinks - the Bad Bunny drink was the best one! After a certain hour, they pick up most of the table and chairs and a DJ starts playing. When we left around midnight, it was PACKED. You have to penguin walk through the crowds of people trying to get a drink. We grabbed some pizza on the way out and it was DELICIOUS (plus we were intoxicated sooo yea ?). We’d come back if we’re ever in the area again.
I really liked this place. We sat down in Ziggys for a little bit and ate some pizza and then walked back through the "secret" entrance to Stardust Pinbar where we ordered a few drinks from the bar and played some pinball! The pizza was good, the drinks were great, and the games were a blast. Such a great time!
Great pizza, great atmosphere and great drinks, beware whenever the pinbar is rented out for a private kids birthday party (never expected that out of a bar) throws off the vibe when they cram as many people as they can into a few tables and remove all but four of the barstools. I can understand and appreciate the need to accommodate occasions, however when the party runs past the specified time you can't expect people to be too happy when their favorite hangout is taken over and the rules get changed.
This place is really cool! Nice, fun, speak easy that is unique and makes good drinks. Hidden inside Ziggys Pizza. Go through the “freezer” door and you’ll see the surprise lounge.
Super great vibe and delicious drinks! Loved the quirky pinball machines. They could stand to work on their service when it comes to helping people close out their tabs. I'm a patient person but the bartenders kept talking to the people standing at the bar next to us and walking right past us. I'm willing to give them another shot in the future though. :)
5 star difference in 2 visits- one night apart. First night service was good, food was good and most of the pinball worked good. Second night, they had some dumb "going away party" for one of their staff (which they should've just been closed for) and literally ignored anyone who wasn't in their party/staff. The crowd was stinky and rude, and the same could be said for all the staff. We decided just to leave instead of trying to wait who knows how long to maybe get another drink. Funny too, since it seemed like we were some of the only ones actually paying for our drinks, and spending money on the pins to support the biz.
Went for pinball and pizza. Pizza was amazing even at 1am. All pinball machines worked, never seen that at any other location that offers pinball have all the machines working. They had 13 machines. They all worked. This place is also doubles as a club, very loud and lots of people on the weekends. Cool space though, light up squares as a dance floor and a disco ball. Line for drinks was tense. Be ready to fight with your elbows for a chance to order a beer.
