This was the rudest I've ever been treated in a Starbucks. These employees need better training before they're allowed to speak to the public.
Good customer service and coffee on point! Absolutely loved the touch of water mist they have outside available for our comfort! I Saw at least 5 different people walk in there and out with Just Water ❤️ Thank You Starbucks for looking out for others!! And your filtered water is awesome ?
They're not doing seating indoors right now but there are some tables and chairs outside around the misters, which was pretty nice. The service was quick and my drink was tasty. I first went on a Friday afternoon and eventually the manager came around saying they were going to close the lobby due to a security concern -- not sure what that *meant* but the drive thru would remain open as well as the outdoor seating.
I love going to this location!! The baristas have my drink down to the T. I will always stick up for them. They might not be able to have a voice but I can use mine. Everyone leaving reviews about the closed bathrooms remind me that not everyone can use their brain to read the signs that were posted by management. Anyways, these baristas don’t get enough credit for working hard in a high demand role. They DON’T deserve the hate all you Karen’s are giving them. If you made a choice to stay at a Starbucks to try to argue with the employees about something out of their control, you’re embarrassing yourself.
I mobile order everyday and almost every time it takes 20mins - 30mins to fill my mobile order, the staff look like they spend more time talking and playing around than actually working and filling orders. What is the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait so long
The baristas are all always super friendly and tho I'm not a normal Starbucks drinker they are super patient and helpful on suggestive drinks and all.
Belle is the best and hardest worker, I’m amazed by her every-time I go in.
Stopped by to get drinks for my family. My son asked to use the restroom and was DENIED. Was told the bathrooms are closed due to legal reasons? Absolute garbage! I spend thousands here. (That is not an exaggeration.) I will Absolutely NEVER come to Starbucks again. You don't treat people that way. If it was down while they clean, whatever. This was a refusal due to the homeless population in this area. We are certainly not homeless. We are paying customers. This was an absurd abuse of power. I will be contacting corporate.
I love this place my fiance buys me coffee here every single day down there and it definitely is a gift from the gods
This location is acceptable when they have the product in stock but apparently they never order enough blonde espresso for iced drinks. At almost 7 bucks a pop and they don't even offer a credit towards a next visit. Hopefully this location is over the long straw crisis for Venti cups. Only SB i visited in Maricopa County that couldn't keep em in stock and they blamed it on a valleywide shortage.
