Just walked up to Starbucks during open hours. Their door was locked. Third bad experience with Starbucks brand. Unacceptable. I do not like posting this, but I can't lie. Starbucks district managers, please get it together.
I love Starbucks but only when I don't have to go inside. Otherwise it takes them so long to make your drink.
I sat down with my coffee and was sitting there for a good 30 minutes. There was a homeless lady that came in and seemed confused and perhaps looking for something? But there was this young lady who approached her and offered her some water. They barista took the time out of her lunch to talk with this lady and I thought it was the sweetest thing. To whoever the barista is, thank you for going above and beyond for someone and for making my day and so for the homeless lady.
Been here a million times drive-thru and have gotten the correct order 99.9% of the time. They are consistent and the employees are nice. Peak hours can be a nightmare in the drive-thru and be careful where you park as it could get blocked by the drive-thru line.

Highly recommend East Valley Locksmiths! They arrived early on a Saturday to re-key our locks after we closed on our home. They were quick, honest and fair. Were able to swap out a deadbolt on site and were on their way! Really easy to deal with and friendly!!!
A bit of a wait but the staff was pleasant and the coffee was made just the way I like it.
Enjoyed my drink! The lobby is closed at the moment, so the drive- thru line was quite long. The line moved rather quick though. In total, it took about 15 to 17 minutes from the end of the line to receiving my drink.Give yourself extra time if you plan to come to this location.
I see all the complaints on here about this one...you guys haven't been to the one on 7th Ave and Roosevelt... THAT one is terrible. They don't EVER open on time, and the caramel frappes that I always get are NEVER correct there, they either taste weak, or like iced milk with no coffee or caramel syrup...however, at THIS location, they are ALWAYS done correctly and taste as they should. Never have to wait in drive thru, and as far as I've seen (every day for the last two weeks since I've discovered they do it correctly) are always open on time.
