Great little central location next to Buffalo exchange, and across the street from another fave Gadzooks! Cant beat it

Went to get a drink and some food and asked to use the restroom and was treated like I was asking for something completely outrageous. I understand it’s probably annoying to let people into the bathroom all day but still I’m a paying customer. The staff was very rude.

When I asked for the bathroom code the woman I asked walked me to the bathroom to open it herself? I didn't know I needed a hallpass, or didn't want to give me a code. At that point just use a deadbolt, that is if they treat everyone like thatWhen I did get in there was hardly any soap.Multiple tables still had trash on them, they need to hire more people or someones gotta do their job. I'd say both but that's a fantasy.

The staff at this location was incredibly patient and kind to me today, it was not my day. I offered to pickup drinks for my team at work and placed order online. My order was completed perfectly when I arrived and about 10-15 minutes away, I had to stop abruptly due to traffic and lost all 10 drinks to my front passenger side floor mat. I immediately called the location back and a supervisor took my order by phone and remade all 10 of my drinks and did not charge me. That was amazing of them to help me out and as I started to load up my order, I dropped 2 drinks in the lobby, I couldn't believe my luck but this team didn't hesitate to clean it up and assured me it was ok.thiey team were incredibly sweet and kind and I truly appreciate their genuine courtesy they extended to me.

Not very friendly, heavy set lady who " didnt speak" spanish didnt want to assist my spouse and was very rude regarding her order. My spouse doesnt know much english and is always afraid to order but she was trying to be nice today and order me a drink and she left starbucks upset and belittles thanks to these no experience employees. I really hope they dont ever have to experience a language barrier with their loved ones or themselves.

The drive-thru takes too long and it's just not worth it. I didn't expect it to be this way. Shame on me. Shame on you if you come here and make big orders and make everyone else wait on your complicated order. Just order literally one thing PER PERSON cause come on we ain't got all day. I'm just a human being. Ugh...

Sorry Starbucks☕ what a disappointment; on my way to work I stopped- knew it was a bad idea? took 25 minutes when it should only have taken 10-15? I was in line (drive thru) for 10, okay maybe 5 minutes?-but then it took another 15 minutes for me to get my coffee because they had to change the keg. ?

Love my coffee from here. Super quick and efficient. Always soo tasty
