Ordered 2 of the same drunks. One was perfect and the other was just foamy hot water. They forgot the flavoring. Also the while I was in line the there were 2 guys in front of me at the register. One was paying while his friend was stealing items from the display. Employees aren't very observant
Especially, enjoy this location because of the easily convenient access to the mountain trails.Therefore, love stopping by, every once in a while, after my mountain hikes and pseudo-climbs?, really no longer a rock climber, although still love the Red Rocks Rendezvous, cause it's Vegas on Belay ?Therefore, desperately need my Latte fixes. Hey, I'm a "real" Italian. Broheium.????Rock-On with the Java ?♂️PS will most especially miss ? this place , because interior design resembles my old favorite Starbucks in NYC, however this place maintains a deep Cali hot vibe in AZ, who would have guessed ???And for myself it's my last day in awesome Arizona, and back to California Motions of the Oceans on the Tides. ?????? Before a quick flight out to Boston, for some R&R.
I don't go to Starbucks personally. They want way 2 much money for coffee. But there is a drink my wife loves, and I do from time to time go overspend as it makes her happy, and that's good enough reason for me.

2nd week of February 2022.....DIFFERENT OPENING TIMES EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!!! SIGN POSTED ON ORDERING MENU APOLOGIZING....NOT GOOD ENOUGH. CLOSE DOWN UNTIL YOU HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO BE CONSISTENT. THIS ISN'T A MOM AND POP THAT NEEDS EVERY BIT OF INCOME IT CAN FIND, THIS IS STARBUCKS. BLOCK THE DRIVE-THRU WITH A CONE, TURN OFF THE LIGHTS SO PEOPLE DONT THINK YOU'RE OPEN...C'MON MAN.... Anytime I have visit this location I have had a great experience however today determined that I will no longer visit this location. Lisa is very rude and refused to give me a side of cold foam that I paid for. I order the same drink every day and I pay for a side of cold foam every time I order my iced coffee. She told me that this is not allowed she is not going to be able to do so. No one has ever denied me service of paying for foam or receiving foam. She also told me that the watery foam she gave me which was in the texture of milk could not be made thicker, foam yes thick foam is not watery. Someone may need to revisit policies and procedures with this employee.
I had a way at the window no for 10 minutes just to get my drink and have it be half foam and 1/4 empty. Glad I got to waste 6$ for milk foam
This location is hit or miss with customer service and drink quality. Half of the time my drinks aren't made correctly so be sure to check before you leave. I am often greeted by a woman at the speaker with an exhausted tone that doesn't communicate well.
