This Starbucks is one of the worst. They are always slower than slow. When your ordering they always seem like it's at the wrong time and they can't wait to get u off the speaker. No hello, no hey. Just a "what do yiu want... "Store never has stoppers for the hot coffee and always makes things wrong. Even after you repeat it more than once at the drive thru and get attitude for it.I drive the extra 3 miles for the other location on union hills and 35th.
There were tons of staff, so that wasn’t an issue. First, I was almost overcharged for my mocha (I pointed out it was too expensive), then I waited and waited for my chocolate croissant, asked for it UNHEATED twice, and they still zapped it in the microwave. Finally got it all correct for the right price.
I mean who doesn't love some ice cold coffee and Garam chai tea latte... Extraordinary... Everytime I buy myself some coffee, the waiter used to write my name with some spelling mistake..and when I asked him why??? he offered us a free coffee with taste of new flavour.....It was a really nice experience.
Nice outside seating. Music can be a little too loud for soft conversations, but not a deterrent.
Don’t go here terrible customer service. Waited over an hour (time stamp on drink ordered at 1:22) they had the drive thru closed and when we got to the window they informed us we ordered at the wrong location and to go up the street (literally a block away) to get our drinks. We got to the second location to get our drinks at 2:45, YES we waited OVER AN HOUR in the wrong drive thru and they didn’t offer to help us out. Called the location on 7th and bell and the sweet barista met us at the door to hand us our drinks. Go there instead.
Don’t ever go there if you have somewhere to be. Been waiting 20 mins for a sandwich and chai tea. Even ordered ahead. This always happens here.
The last 3 times I've gone to this store, I've ordered a grande latte and the cup came to me half full. I've decided that I'm going to switch to Dutch Bros. They never short me even though they're always extremely busy.
Clean and very friendly staff. I normally use their drive-thru but do go inside on occasion. We normally get a drink and something to eat for each person. Their paninis are one of your favorite foods.
Went to Bell Rd and 3rd street, Phx, AZ,,,, Eden was touching& kept on & on at lip of my drink,, for long time,,, I sat there, watched him, long time just molesting, where I DRINK from, I politely mentione it, when he finally gave me my drink, then he THROWS my Bankcard at me into my car, it went flying past my face, I had no clue where my bankcard was now...cause it can fall down thru seats etc... Then Britney, manager finally asks whats wrong, I mean I have never been treated like that before, in 60 years ive bern on earth,, If ur stuck up stores are Not going wear gloves, perhaps teach ur employees hold cup by botyom and stop putting their germs on my mouthpiece....is this so much to ask? I doubt i ever need to go Starbucks again..
I’m probably gonna miss spell her name and I’m sorry but Soraya was so funny and cute she really made the wait worth it, and the energy of everyone just brought a smile to my face thank you so much!
