Always great people. Very happy and courteous. Just a great experience when i go. Cheers me up.
To the employees at this location:I waited 15 minutes for a regular coffee, after I ordered and paid for it. I ended up leaving before I even got it because I was going to be late to work.I've been going to Starbucks for close to 30 years (worked at one for a year as well) and a regular drip coffee order gets filled right after paying. That's the way it's always worked. I order, then pay, then you turn around and pour my coffee and that's that. Instead, you put my order in line behind all the other espresso drinks waiting to be made (on a ridiculously busy morning). Why? The coffee is ALREADY MADE. All you have to do is pour it. That's one of the reasons I order regular coffee (and have been for almost three decades), so I don't have to wait. It's always been a great system. Are you trying to prove a point? It takes 15 seconds to fill my order. This is not the first time it's happened at this location. But this IS the only location where I've experienced this.
Adrienne claims to be a supervisor but her behavior towards people in general is shameful. She is rude and disrespectful for no other reason except the shop is busy. I appreciate that the shop does a lot of morning business but it is poorly run and even chaotic. I have been to other shop that are just as busy, but they are organized, friendly, and most appreciated, they are kind. This store, especially Adrienne needs some training.
Very clean and well managed store. They were so very busy but all staff had wonderful, friendly attitudes.
We recently bought a new house closer to this location. My children and I frequent this Starbucks almost daily, usually in the mornings. The staff here are so lively and friendly. They already have my order memorized and are always kind and interactive with my kids. It's refreshing to receive consistent 5 star customer service. We appreciate you all very much.-Venti Iced Chai Tea Late with Light Ice
i went through the drive through and i only had a 50 but they didn’t have change and the girl named mimi at the window payed for it !! thank you soo much mimi ! :))
Zero stars if possible would have given. My daughter & I came here for a drink and food after a Dr appt. At the time, this location was only taking mobile orders with a closed lobby. As you can imagine after coffee, I needed to use the restroom. I asked politely asked to use the restroom. They refused to let me use the bathroom. I had watched while another person walked right past the table barrier. I also noticed a woman sitting at a table in the lobby on her laptop, looking a lot like a customer. I should also mention I'm currently relying on a knee scooter to get around , basically handicapped. I understand they have the right to refuse service. I rely on Lyft to get around too so it's not like I could easily find somewhere else. After spending about $25.00 on a couple of drinks and food, it would have been common courtesy to let the customer use the restroom.
Drive thru went fast, coffee was perfect, staff friendly. First time at this location and it was a great experience.
I won’t be goin to this Starbucks again. I order a frap with two extra shots asked for my extra which I pay for me and was told no. No other Starbucks has told me I can’t have it. Don’t charge me extra for drink if you aren’t gonna give all of it when you are gonna waste it anyways.
Best place for a quick espresso shot over ice. Personally I think Starbucks is worth every penny I spend with my fiancee there.
