We've had better macchiatos. Not enough caramel. Plus the lid wasn't on all the way and part of it spllied on counter.
This is the closest Starbucks near me I'd rather go here because it's convenient and next to the bank although they are always jam-packed when I come in. So naturally I order mobile. This time I went to the drive-thru which was still a mobile order but it's my fifth or sixth time not getting a drink all the way to the top If I order a venti should it not come to the top of the cup or should I order a grande for a dollar less? Now mind you I have to pay close to 6 bucks every single time I order Starbucks do I stay loyal to this one or go somewhere else this is one too many times that my drink is not where it's supposed to be.
Scheduled an appointment with a client and they have close the sitting area so now I have to find another place to sit.
Always fast when you go inside! Drive thru looks tricky and is always long. Use your best judgment. Personally just ho inside. ?
I ordered my drink at around 3:10 and didn't get it until 3:45. The cashier made around 12 other customers orders before I ever got mine and made me late for work. My drink wasn't even frozen any more and she forgot to put in my extra espresso I paid for with my drink. I will be back tomorrow and ask for amanager to help correct this or take this compliant to corperate office
