If you want to wait 20 min to get out of the parking lot after you've already spent 20 min waiting in the drive through getting your drink, this is the location for you. The parking lot is tiny and the line goes in a full circle around the building, causing cars to block the drive thru exit while waiting in line. It's also one way. So when you finally do exit the drive thru, you literally need to GET BACK IN LINE, the same drive thru line, and wait to get to the exit of the parking lot. It's not easier for parking either. If you are in any sort of rush or just don't want to pointlessly waste 40 min of your day, I would go to any other location. Even a few miles out of the way would be faster than this place. Or dunkin is across the street.
To many teens there. There was only quitiness outside and it's hot outside. To much chaos. I know better Starbuck that does not have so many teens
Very rude and pushy baristas. So demanding car was very close to me and demanding I move forward. I told her I've had someone back into me before I'm not going to get that close to a vehicle. She said it is fine they are going to back into you pull up closer. I was already within feet of the other persons bumper. Then she whipped around and said oh they are moving anyways now. And walked inside. They had more attitude when I came up to the window. I go to Starbucks and dutch bros everyday. Never so much rudeness as this location
There is a shortage of staff alot in this location and on Missouri. However I have to give to the manager or whomever is responsible that they were doing their best to get the orders in by coming up to the counter rather than by drive through as they had to close that few times. Or the whole stores closed in some days due to the shortage. The other thing I noticed was they did not accept orders by the app ahead of time and so that limited us from ordering unless I went to the location physically and order at the counter. Whoever worked in those days with less staff than normal really did their best to fulfill everyone's orders. We had a problem with ours and it got fixed with the drink immediately. This is not our first time here, but I felt I needed to write a review commenting on how good they did with lack of staff there. Most were polite under the pressure of no staff there however made it through. Kind words reach the hearts faster so please be kind to the workers when they short handed.
Shout out to Josh for handling that crazy drive thru line like a boss! It was rough and not everyone was kind, but he was great. After a bit of a wait, I jokingly said it better be the best drink I've ever had and I was not disappointed!
Coffee is good but often I order something via the app and something is out of stock. Last time I ordered a mocha frappe but when i got up to window to get my drink they said they were out of mocha but could give me white mocha instead. I didnt care about the type of mocha more so that you order and pay viathe app then at the order box they pull up the order and say pull up to the window to getyour drink and issues are that you shouldnt be able to order something on the app that they dont have in the first place then order taker should have said they were out of mocha but this didnt happen so you dont find out until very last second. If I didnt want anything else it puts you in a bind because you already paid and if they even could do a refund itd take who knows how long to get it back.
This location was dirty, counters had spilled items not cleaned up, bathrooms were dirty. Customer service not that great or friendly. Drink tasted awful. Went to another location who remade it and it tasted great.
This Starbucks needs to get there stuff together. They randomly closed at 4 on random days with no rhyme or reason and they do not block the drive they or put info on the screen. After waiting at the order screen for five minutes I pulled forward to the window and a girl tried talking to me through the window instead of opening it. Looked like there were four or five employees inside apparently they were closed. Again all someone had to do would be walk 7 feet to put something up to block the drive-through pull in.This is the third time this is happened in about two months.
Oh my God! Hot chocolate was AMAZING! Then chased with green tea and was perfect for a warm day.
Coffee was great. Location is horrible as there is little to no room to drive through. If you are any bigger than a smaller/midsize car I suggest you go to a different location. So narrow and no room to pass or go around.
