Went there this morning and to be honest it was the worst experience ive ever had at any star bucks :( order the turkey mozzerella pesto got home there was no turkey on either sandwhich ordered a mango drangon fruit they didnt have the fruit and just gave me a cup of blended ice tried to order a strawberry acacia and they acted like they didnt understand it was just a horrible experience all together i will never go back to this location
Drive thru baristas are always on point. They all are always super nice. Coffee is always made perfect and the same. Ive yet to have a bad experience in the last 4 years! My go to order is a hot, sugarfree vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso and if they have it a bagle with avocado spread! Highly recommend the avocado spread!
Thought I would swing in to grab a coffee, especially since the line was short, only 3 cars ahead of me. 17 minutes later and I'm pulling out of the drive through. No apology for the long wait time. Thanks for reminding me why I usually drive the extra 2 minutes for a dunkin donuts. Won't be back
I live in Scottsdale and loved Starbucks in my area. I happened to be in Phoenix by 19th snd Thunderbird for business. So I swing by the Starbucks in the area. First the lady taking orders not very attentive also charging me for honey. Then I told her I never been charged before. Then she did not give me receipts, then I waited too long. 6 girls working there just talking. Finally I ask the girl why my coffee took so long. No one is there just me. The girl said she forgot. What a waste of time.
Tried to order a vanilla bean cream with hazelnut shot and caramel drizzle. Out of everything except the vanilla bean cream. Pretty boring really. Order supplies better next time lol.
Starbucks with a great staff that's fast, courteous and friendly. Derek, Kip and other staff are top ten in Phoenix. The location is very convenient at 19th Ave and Thunderbird.The hours are also longer(closes at 9pm)than most Starbucks in the area.Top ten Phoenix Starbucks.

Great drinks for everybody, but it is just the price.
Mobile order is da best!!! Although I do love the space for study, quite time, and meetings. I challenge you to buy an extra drink for a friend or pay for the order behind you when you are in the drive thru and make someone’s day. Spread the cheer!!! This pay it forward just something to your heart.
Was 8:30 pm and they had the doors locked. I did not want to order anything i just had a question about my car that was sitting outside due to some circumstances. They were all in a circle just talking to each other and would not unlock the door.
