I understand 9 was a horrible time to place order. I ordered thew grub hub. My driver told me they were very unorganized and he had to wait 20 mins for my two items which was a blueberry muffins and tall white mocha latte with Soy. I didn't appreciate how they treated the Uber driver. The gift card is for 4 dollars I believe. My main purpose was my coffee to be Hot and not Luke warm. Communicating could happen more for Uber drivers.
Drive thru was long so I wanted to go inside. They said they’re only taking mobile orders or drive thru. I tried ordering online and it wouldn’t let me. Is this how Starbucks going to be now? Did they close down the lobby cause they’re lazy and already had a lot of orders coming from drive thru? This location sucks. And I hope this isn’t how Starbucks going to be from now on.
Drive thru line forever long. Inside is open BUT only if you make a mobile or delivery order... So I can walk in but not to pay with legal tender?
The lady was VERY VERY VERY rude!! They tried charging triple for a short cup of oat milk. They didn't put extra like I paid for. Even the manager was rude and wouldn't even discuss it and walked away. I will never go back to this location. I wouldn't give them so much a penny of my money.
Only a PART of my order was correct and it's happened on multiple occasions. I was charged for a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade and I added a scoop of strawberries, however, they were out of the dragonfruit and I was still charged for the fruit they were out of and failed to let me know. I also asked for sweat cream cold foam on my macchiato and extra caramel drizzle and of course, none there. It's always something or other with this place! Make the drive to other locations, definitely worth it.
I would not advise wasting your time there in the evening. At some point they close the cafe, and the drive thru line loops in and out of the parking lot, so you’re looking at spending a good half hour trying to pick up a drink, but the mobile app does not warn you that while your drink may be ready for pickup in 4 minutes, by the time you’re able to access it, it will have been sitting out for far longer than that. Personally, I abandoned my mobile order rather than commit to a wait like that for a lukewarm latte.
Made a mobile order for 2 things. I get there and the cage is closed and it always says only through drive thur for orders no matter time it is. After trying to tell them that I don't have a car I just my order that I paid for already. I can't walk to the window for my order but they had 2 people from the store down the way getting drinks and food from the window. The workers even treated me with calling the cops.But it's my fault that they close their Cafe at anytime they feel like doing so. If your not going to hold up your obligations to your customers. Then you need to close down.So I added another screenshot with the time on it so that everyone can see that it never says that the Cafe is open. Always says through the Drive Thru.
The phone scanner doesn’t work so they try to take your phone to the front. NO! Their card reader too so they have to take ur card up front from the drive thru. Oh and they don’t know the difference between caramel sauce and syrup. Keep up the good work for a $7 Cup of coffee.
No longer does mobile order all day. Only until 1030 am and even then the coffee is awful. Seems like the 91st ave and Thomas location also is Terrible. Hope someone from corporate cares enough to better the quality of these two locations or get better workers who care about their job.
In line for 45 minutes today! People in front and back can't get out of line. No one answered the phone. Are you closed? Like what is the issue here?? It would be NICE if the employees seen inside would hang a sign saying closed or whatever the case may be. Super inconsiderate of people's time
