Okay, the guy at the drive thru window was fantastic. Friendly, positive, and knew how to do my special order (the right way)He was clever w my cash payment and put directly onto my Starbucks card first. I only had one issue- they left out a choc cakepop that I paid for. ): I didn't have time to go back and live over an hour away. Maybe next time I'll remind them.?
I’ve came here for years, due to working nearby. I’m hoping it’s an error?? But I ordered my usual venti iced coffee today with SF vanilla and heavy cream. The total was $7.73??? It’s always been 3 to 4 dollars or so. I questioned the pricing thinking they must’ve hit a wrong button on the register…nope, she said they charge for flavor and cream separately now. I’m sorry but I will never pay almost $8.00 for 20 ounces of coffee.I didn’t order some fancy blended drink. Just an iced coffee… I’m disappointed. I left without my coffee today
I am an advert Starbucks drinker and I love talking to the workers and have always enjoyed going. However this is the WORST experience I've had at Starbucks by the worker. I usually order by the app and get what I want. But when I told the man what I wanted and was quickly corrected and was given a 'lesson' how that's not possible and would be this. I don't like dark drinks but lighter colored ones and when I asked to be remade, his solution was giving me a cup of milk?? and a snarky "you should taste before asking for a change". Like seriously? They were quick but what's the point if it hinders the quality of the drinks. I'm not in a rush and if I'm paying 2-5 bucks a drink I want it done correctly. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Another great coffee from the most conveniently located Starbucks on my way to work!!! Pistachio latte iced with extra shots and a packet of salt stirred in, they’re getting used to my unique coffee order all over the valley!!!

Came here about 3 times since it’s the closest one. They’re fast but have gotten my order wrong 2 out of the 3. I don’t mind I just ask if they could possibly fix it but both times they’ve exhibited an attitude and the request seemed to bother them when its a mistake on their end.Fast and convenient. Average customer service and accuracy.

I called to see when they closed and they told me 10 minutes. I made it there in 6 and they were already closed. Don't tell people you're open till 7 and then close early!!
Great customer service but came here plenty of times just for my coffee to taste like water the time :/ don’t even taste the coffee.
