The young lady working the drive-theu window was very kind!! I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frap with extra drizzle and there was no crunch I had already waited 20 minutes the ladies making the drinks had no care about anyones time and was so deep into each other’s conversation that they didn’t care that drinks were piling up!! So disappointed!! I will go with my intuitions and stick to Dutch Bro’s
Made my drink wrong, and when I asked where was my caramel drizzle she poured into another cup and still made it wrong!!! Im so irritated, if I wasn't already late for work dure ro waiting 20min for 1 grande drink I would of made her remake it.
They mess up my order without saying sorry and they make me wait for another hour to make me one more. This is the worst star buck ever, never will be back here again.
The worst Starbucks is on Bethany home too many people work there they do nothing and also I order hot latte the hot light at it’s a water and milk and nasty never never go to the Starbucks again and the people over there is rude. That Starbucks on Bethany home and 35th don’t go to them again
I work there so ofcourse it's amazing!! Just joyful that the Lord saw fit to give me an opportunity to work with my own hands like it says in 1 Thessalonians
Terrible service, they had my pregnant wife do the line twice just because they just wanted to help drive-thru… never coming here again… the worst
We were the second customer of the day and it took 12 minutes to get 2 drinks. 2 people standing around 1 person making drinks. 1 person cleaning dining area but you can't go inside. Makes no sense.
What a great location. They were able to change a drink for me as I was paying for it and they didn’t complain or make faces. Currently the lobby is closed but they work the drive-through very fast. You can also order online and pick up from the door. And I was able to get the holiday cup!
Super friendly workers they always take my order as soon as I'm at the register and they never have me waiting any longer then 5 minutes for my big orders
legit have gone everyday after work this week and every time I get the “only mobile or drive thru orders” I understand they’re renovating, because it complete looks different, but if you’re able to do online orders and drive thru order, then why make a side window if you can’t place orders walking up ??♀️ There were times that it was open and maybe like 1-2 day out the week the would close it back up again; but somehow for one entire week you weren’t allowed to walk up and place an order. Well today was one of those days my co workers and I placed on order on (walking up) in the morning, now I’m off work at 6pm and when I walked up she said it’s closed again ??♀️??♀️ Ugh… annoying is all I could say.
