Just ordered a lime coconut bar and it’s not even 2in x 2in in size for it to cost $ 3.25. I expected it to be as big as the wrapper it came in. The online picture doesn’t mate the size it comes out to be and also I ordered extra peach and honey in my green tea and they didn’t even add it not to meantion I bought a second green tea with out extras and when I held them to the light they’re the exact same color this was my favorite Starbucks as a regular weekly customer but now they are starting to become lazy with preparing the orders. I’m disappointed to say I won’t be ordering from here anymore.
Im very disappointed and upset! I ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino and specifically asked if they could replace the whole milk for soy milk. So when I was given the product I was happy until later where I was releasing my insides. I was given whole milk instead of soy milk!
Starbucks employees always seem put out when you have to ask them for a decaf pour over. I get it no one wants to do it. But those of us who do order it understand we have to wait. That said, The person who brought it out to me was much happier person and made up for the experience in general. I would recommend having this item removed as a menu item if it is that big of a hassle.
I ordered a venti black coffee on mobile order and it took 35 minutes to get after I arrived, i asked politely severally times to multiple employees and they just continued on making drinks for people that arrived after me. Not usually a person to write a bad review but this experience was horrible. They had 5 baristas and no one could pour a black coffee to just fulfill an order.
Youthfully exuberant service with a cool chilled vibe, perfectly complemented for sipping a hot Latte. ?And, yes, as usual for most all Starbucks, across the land, the breakfast sandwiches are tasty. ???Unfortunately, however, no fixing bar/counter at this location ??For adding additional "Vanilla" spice to your astronomically complex Lattes. ?Oh well, technically nothings perfect in life. I went to Starbucks around noon . The red headed girl with glasses in drive thru was condescending and off putting. Definitely needs to work on her people skills. I felt so unwelcome! If I could leave a worse rating I would!!
So my mom & I just had coffee @ about 4:40 pm today. Totally disappointed, when I walked up, the place was filthy, trash everywhere, & dirty tables outside, & just as bad on the inside. They have a ton on employees, but can't clean the place, come on Starbucks! You're showing up on every corner like Walmart, a billion dollar company, & you can't keep your store clean inside & out & you charge an arm & a leg for coffee. All the empty tables were dirty. There were spills right where the cashier rang you up. I've never seen a Starbucks this dirty! Wooooow!!!!!!
This location is very nice, kept very clean and the staff are very friendly. If you’ve ever been to Starbucks you know that it can be on the more pricey side. This location is very busy and the drive thru line gets long fast, but no need to worry they are usually pretty quick and will have you in and out in no time ?
My neighborhood Starbucks was great as always! I appreciate their friendly and efficient service.
Great staff! They just need a better drive thru and inside order system.
