Everytime I come here the line in the drive thru is always super slow even when there is only a couple cars in line. You literally wait 20 minutes or more waiting to get your drink. When you get to the window there 4 employees inside but only one person actually making drinks while the others sit and talk with each other instead of helping the one person making the drinks. Compare to other Starbucks this one is by far the slowest Starbucks I've been too.
Drive thru is cool just don't go inside. Trash cans are overflowing, you can't use the restroom even if you bought something unless one of the staff lets you in once they have a chance from making drinks. Bathroom has no toilet paper or paper towels. Kinda sucks for doing homework so find another spot. Staff gets annoying with letting you into the bathroom which I get but cmon now.
I go here almost everyday and the service is usually great but this last month the speed in the drive through has been seriously declining, I’ll usually leave 10 minutes early so I can stop here on my way to work but lately I’ve been stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes almost everytime it’s starting to get very frustrating considering the amount of cars isn’t even that much, I’ve actually left the line the last couple times just cause it was taking that long
I love the staff here. They are always so helpful and kind. They are professional and yet, still make sure you feel like they care about you as a person and a customer. I used to go often and, although i don't so much anymore, I always know I'm going to have a great experience here. Thanks for all you do, five-star workers! Always brightens my day!
The employee was very friendly and was quick making me drink and they made the drinks perfect because my Starbucks order is a little complicated with how many pumps of vanilla and extra caramel drizzle and whipped cream and breva. They got me my drinks and use my card and also asked me if I wanted to use my reward points to pay for some of the food items we got.. saved me money and have to say this is one of the best Starbucks I would say that is around with customer service and treating the customers right..
Starbucks has innumerable varieties of coffee.
It was ok we walked in and immediately they tried to turn us away saying to order on the app I told them their app is not allowing it they then said go through drive thru, told them I would if I had my car, placed order inside and finally got drinks, people just don't do their job anymore because they are scared geez
Been going here for quite some time I get my Starbucks once a week always get the same drink venti strawberry acai refresher w/ heavy cream, strawberry puree, no water. and they always make it right. been to other locations and just doesn't taste the same and they don't know how to make. this is why I come to this location. Anyways long story short bad experience the last two times I've been here order my same drink taste nothing like what I usually order. Taste very sour, and I know their was no heavy cream in it whatsoever. had a coffee taste to it. yuck!!! I dislike coffee!!!! ?And looked very sloppy and watery looking. Starbucks Is expensive! But I don't mind because I loved my drink. But this was definitely not worth the money anymore. Geez very disappointed ☹️ kinda lost interest is going to Starbucks now. And unfortunately won't be coming to this location anymore. Note Starbucks employees are nice. But I don't know what happened ?
I'm actually very surprised to be writing this but this was probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. The staff is very rude and was getting irritated with the questions I was asking pertaining to a medicine ball. Literally every other Starbucks is better except this one.
