Nobody should wait for 13 minutes for a single coffee and sandwich.Making the excuse of being "backed up" while the drive through is making multiple coffees and food and servicing cars within 3 minutes time is NOT a proper reason to make non-drive through customers wait longer for their order. Neither is the reason "but it was an uber order" good reason to give out an order before waiting customers.Highly disappointed with this location.
Rude, filthy and so so slow, they never get it right!!! I gave them many chances. I'm done with you. Good bye 43rd and Dunlap Starbucks. I'm off to find a new friendly, clean Starbucks.
This location is drive thru only and its really small. If the drive thru is packed, you can walk up to the side window to order. They don't have inside seating or anything like that. It's small. But still friendly and helpful employees. Quick in and out.
This location is extremely inconsistent on the quality of drinks that they put out you are lucky to get an employee that seems like they are happy to be there most of the time they wanna argue with you if you say your drink is wrong one of the employees looks like she literally dips her hands in the chocolate before she starts to make your drinks does not wear gloves so that’s extremely sanitary will ask for two pumps to put five pumps why ask for nothing extra they’ll find a way to put something extra The cups are always covered in caramel chocolate whatever they were making beforehand or at the time The employees seem like they don’t like it when you want to add any kind of special changes to your drinks unfortunately I work across the street from this location so I will be driving out of my way to go to other Starbucks I will be letting all of my fellow coworkers know this as well
One of the baristas here actually had a conversation with me and and she was very nice. She got my drinks out right away.

Waited a while at window before anyone would take our order even though they kept looking at us. Then my 6 year old asked for the restroom and we were told to go across the street to Taco Bell.
We stopped at the Starbucks on our way to castles n' coasters during our recent trip to Phoenix. We were going to do mobile order and just go inside and grab it but it didn't look like there was an inside. It wasn't until we got in the drive-thru that we noticed there was a small takeout window on the south side of the building. Service was friendly and drinks were perfection.

Rude employee. Waited 5 mins nobody was telling us that somebody was coming to take our order. So i knock on window. 5 secs later employee that works the take out window comes with an attitude that we need to wait for her! A simple sorry you waited would of been suffice. Then coworker tell her something and she responds "I have a headache" . If you have a headache dont go to your depressing unfulfilling job or stay home!
