I use my Google Pay/Samsung Pay everywhere I go because I don't like to carry my debit cards or forget my wallet. Sonic was one of the locations that didn't have it but now with the app I can use it! Im so happy! Even better at the moment drinks are 1/2 price during any business hours through! No need to rush there or beat yourself up for it. And for iPhone users you can use Apple Pay. Also, even when this location is busy everyone is super helpful.
Trying to watch my carbs (Diabetic) so I asked for a cheeseburger a la cart? Explained that it was plain with NO BREAD. Instead got a plain cheese burger. Lol! Not upset just wish they understood what a la cart meant.
This will be the last time I come here. I've tried so many times and today was the last time. Some people have allergies to certain things that come on burgers and when asked to leave the items off they are still slathered all over the burger. The people taking my order repeated it back correctly but the people making the good clearly just don't care it seems like. Sad cause I do like the food at sonic
I go to this location everyday, most days twice a day to get a slushie for my long's drives to an from Phoenix. They're always quick and very friendly. The manager even mentioned how I'm always there once. I appreciate how friendly and the positive environment provided here.
Cold food. Last two times we were at Sonics the food has been very cold and the sonic blasts have not been mixed throughout, only oreo cookies on the top inch or so, and the rest was plain vanilla. I think Sonic has lost 4 customers. We won't be going back. Thank you for your past service.
Very good experience here! Food was hot and they got order just right despite it being a big one. And the young man who took our order and gave us our food was very polite and respectful! We are definitely coming back here.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants, they have a wide variety of everything. I mainly go for the mozzarella sticks and the classic chicken sandwich. Never tried the ice creams but will do next time i go, i hope its better that Dairy queen.
Person who took my order was obviously distracted. 3 hispanic male employees met out at one of their cars and did something I couldn't exactly see. Hardly anyone was here at the time I ordered yet there was a very long wait to order. He couldn't get a simple order correct and I got frustrated because he obviously wasn't listening, had he been he would have not had to ask me 5 times or take 3 other times to get it right on the screen. I wouldn't recommend this location, seems like some shady stuff happening here at night time. I also did not feel safe at this location either. The car hop she didn't even bother to read my order off before she handed me the bag and drinks so I didn't give her a tip like I normally would and Im a very good tipper with good service. All she could do was laugh when I was calling out my own order when she handed over the drinks. Shame they get paid a decent wage and just play around while not being supervisored properly. This location lacks good leadership, management and supervision at night. If be checking the footage at what goes on here when people aren't obviously looking.Restaurant responded with the same reply as to everyone else who wrote a review or had a complaint. When you click their provided link it takes you to a dead end link where you're unable to continue to process and escalate your complaint. Doesnt seem like they are interested in fixing what's wrong there. How sad.
The food is great but the service is even better. I had even today and I believe he deserves recognition. He made sure our food was hot and he was very professional.
