The employee handled himself given he was by himself and a few customers in the store. It was worth the wait though!
Smoothie was good, the employee not only wearing his mask like a face diaper but also chomping his gum like a cow with his mouth wide open while preparing smoothies kind of put me off the whole experience though.
The menu board says they have “sun warrior plant based protein” but apparently I’m the first vegan to ever go to this location bc the lady was so confused and told me they don’t have a plant based protein.. when it is on their menu board. Left without a smoothie. Lame experience would not do it again
Came here after seeing the Under cover boss episode. Sadly they don’t do the $5 Friday like they do in the show. But I got a Daily Warrior smoothie and for 7 dollars it is a lot of smoothie. The customer service was good. The place is pretty clean. I will be going back in the future. I debated between 4 or 5 stars on this review. Because the menu is just too much. I think they should look into sales and see what is most popular and get rid of all the stuff that doesn’t sell. Man there was too many things to look at.
I love SK smoothies but this location’s service is terrible. They always take forever to make drinks. I’ve worked at a smoothie shop before and it shouldn’t take TEN MINUTES to make ONE drink!! Especially when I’m the only customer in the store. I understand mobile orders are a thing as well but I’ve never seen them so busy to justify the wait. When I went tonight, it took me 30 minutes (!!!) from the time I walked in to order and to get my drink. The employees tend to talk to each other instead of making drinks and engaging with the customers. It’s very annoying and disappointing. The employees should be trained better for more efficient and kind service.

I will be writing a letter to Corporate on how these Store treats there Customer... I was a faithful customer Would spend close to 400 a month but after getting the worst customer service because of there Disrespectful District Manager (TREY) and other employees i won't name them right now... Leaving And Going to Nectar Bye
Yo the smoothies are so good, not bitter not too sweet its purf and the best part is that you can't taste the vitamins 10 out of 10 Jamba Juice Who? Also the staff is was very helpful being that this was my first time here they definitely gave me the right smoothie of the day by the way I ordered the surf and turf strawberry pineapple.
