Oh my goodness, the 24 karat ice cream is beyond amazing. I personally make homemade icecream and I was impressed. Met Christian at a Vanguard event. He is a great person and phenomenal dessert creator. I spread the love of the wedding day and tuxedo cupcakes with my neighbors and family. Everyone was blown away with the quality. My next birthday cake will be from Small Cakes Ahwatukee.Keep up the great work.

We ordered SmallCakes cupcakes for our wedding after the cake tasting we’d had wasn’t quite as delicious as we were hoping. Stephanie was incredibly friendly, offered any cupcakes we could’ve wanted for our spread and sent us home with several to try for free along with some pup cakes for our dogs. They offered delivery and when we got to the reception, the cupcakes were beautifully arranged and decorated and our guests raved about them!We were so fortunate to work with this business and will certainly be going back for treats in the future!
My family has used Smallcakes numerous times and they always deliver beyond our expectations! During our last trip there was a small mishap with the cake (our fault) which left me in tears. After calling the shop the staff allowed us to bring it back for a quick fix despite being completely slammed. The cake looked even better than before! I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff is and how amazing their cakes and cupcakes are.
Made a gorgeous cake! We had a misshap with our cake (our fault on the way home) and they fixed it better than new while being so kind and reassuring (we were very upset). Could not recommend them enough. 6 stars if I could. (Also it was delicious! So an extra star for that so 7 stars really)
Had their cake at a birthday party a few months ago and really liked it so I ordered a cake for someone's 50th anniversary party. First time I've ordered a fancy cake so I'm no expert, but I thought it was beautiful and delicious!
We ordered a small vegan wedding cake for my niece this past weekend and not only was it delicious it was so, so beautiful! We had Smallcakes put a black and white photo of the couple on top of the cake as well as a nice written phrase on the side. In keeping with the black and white theme, the frosting was white and the piping was black. Christian and his staff did an amazing job!
I ordered my cake and cupcakes for my gender reveal. I was blown away with how perfect everything was. I showed her a photo of what I was thinking and she was able to recreate it. And the cake was so delicious. We went with a vanilla so that the frosting color would be seen easier. Highly recommend this place!
What a cute little shop!! I’ve ordered 3 cakes from here, and they did not disappoint in look or taste. The owner is incredibly nice and took my very vague ideas and brought them to life. Absolutely perfect design considering I gave very little guidance. I was blown away when I picked them up. My guests raved about the flavor. I even asked for one of them Vegan due to egg allergies and nobody could even tell the difference. Highly recommend!
I ordered some rainbow swirl cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and went to pick them up today. They lost my order (even though we were charged for the cupcakes), but they did eventually decide to make us some different rainbow cupcakes to make up for the ones we weren't getting. This is what we ended up with when we got home. These look like something my kids could have done at home. We were so disappointed....we paid a lot of money for cupcakes that weren't what we ordered and looked terrible. We've loved smallcakes in the past, but we won't be back.
