In Phoenix For Baseball Tournament, The Tournament Was appropriately named as it was so hot, 114. Hotel Was Great, Staff Were All Super Friendly, Bar & Grill, Food Was Great, Hotel & Room Clean, It Was A Great Stay, When The Next Tourney Is Nearby We ll Be Back!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it.\\n\\nBeautiful hotel with wonderful views. Kendall and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our accommodations were perfect. With endless facilities (pool, water slide, tennis court)... there's no better place to stay in Phoenix.

I rarely write bad reviews but this has to be said. I booked this hotel for my husband and step daughter for a softball camp. They said when they walked thru the door they were hit in the face by a ton of air freshener that seemed to be trying to cover up smells. The gal at the desk never took her iPods out during check in. When the got to the room, I kid you not it looked like a dead body had melted into the floor. Like a body sized dark stain at the end of the bed. Big stains down the wall by the balcony door. Also if you want to use the balcony… A staff member has to come unlock it. Told my husband to go ask for a new room because gross, second room was OCCUPIED!!! Third room the keys didn’t work. 3 strikes you’re out, they left and I booked them at another Marriott by State Farm stadium and they had an amazing experience! Avoid this place!

Beautiful place and great customer service!!

Meeting rooms were freezing cold.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Planned my stay 9 months in advance and followed up with 3 calls to ensure my disabled mother would have an accessible room with 2 queen beds. Published Check in time is 3p. My mother and I sat in lobby past 5p waiting for accessible room. Unpacked and set up room to discover bathroom has tub and no handrails. Accessible?! Management said no other accessible room available. Mother went without shower after a 12 hour day of travel. Next day sat in room all morning until housekeeping finished their meeting so new room could be cleaned. New room does not have queen beds, only king bed. So at 57 years old I’m sleeping in my Moms bed again! Management full of excuses. Even said “we only have one room with 2 queen beds that is fully accessible and someone in your party is occupying it”. Really??!! Use Hilton brand!! Never an issue

I had mixed feelings about staying here. The reviews were all over the place. When I got there it seemed nice. My room was OK, little older but nice. The bartender was friendly and the beer/wine prices were great. I originally booked for 4 nights. On the 2nd morning of my stay I woke up with bites all over my back and ankles. I travel and used to travel a lot before covid and while getting a bed bug bite from time to time, I have never had this happen. That night, after getting back from a business dinner, I went to front to see what they could do. Change the bedding? etc. It was 8:30PM and they said anything they did would need to happen before 10PM and I could not be in the room. She also said that since I had a suite it would be hard to move me. About 10 minutes after getting to my room the manager called. She said she would move me to another room and have someone help me pack. I packed and about 20 minutes later a handyman showed up. He asked me why I thought there were bed bugs and if I could show him. I lifted my shirt and he saw all the bites and gave me the key to a new room. I ended up only staying there 3 nights. I cancelled the last night and went elsewhere. I emailed the hotel later and Jazmine (front office manager) email me back to say they had sent a team to the room to take care of it. I asked for some sort of compensation (bonvoy points etc) and did not get a reply. Beware of bed bugs here

It was barely OK. It was clean, inside the room anyway. The bed is comfortable. But if you’re a woman staying by yourself, I wouldn’t stay here. Does not feel safe at all. The hotel is In dire need of maintenance. It is 1988 everywhere. It smells like weed through all the hallways, I wouldn’t stay here again.
