I can't say enough good things about Sharko's! Not only is the food incredible, it's fairly priced and the staff is top notch! Gerard was always responsive, helpful, and very accommodating in regards to COVID. The staff was professional and helpful at our wedding. The food was so incredible, our only day of regrets are not eating more of the Appetizers lol!
Sharkos catered my wedding in April. People are still talking about how good the food was. They were also excellent about meeting my gluten intolerance needs. Love this place.
The Sharko's Catering team was absolutely amazing for our wedding! With the current climate of COVID, they did a wonderful job and wore PPE at our event! They brought all the food (Spinach Enchiladas and Sonoran Chicken) and even helped us cut and serve the cake. They cleaned up after the celebration was done and did a stellar job overall! Would recommend to anyone looking for catering for any event!
They are going to do my wedding in January, absolutely love them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent food and service. I've used them in them in the past.

From Colorado I had to order a family luncheon for a Phoenix funeral I was unable to attend. Sharko’s did a super job and by all reports the food is fantastic! Well worth it! Recommend them highly for quality, timeliness, and integrity!
My now wife and I recently experienced some of the most excellent, responsive and considerate service that we could have ever hoped for. We booked Sharko's Catering for our wedding that was originally to be held in 2020, however due to COVID-19, it had to be postponed to this year (yesterday to be exact). We dealt mostly with Gerard Sharko, who smoothly accommodated our date change and maintained active and clear communication throughout the process. From the moment we visited Sharko's Catering for a sampling of food, we immediately recognized a level of professionalism and class that we frankly hadn't experienced with prior catering companies whose services we samples.What makes them stand out to us is the fact that they were so willing to work with us for a variety of changes/potential difficulties. We had our wedding in Flagstaff. The fact that they were willing to travel for us was already very nice. Beyond that, however, our wedding venue did not have a fully functioning kitchen. Gerard and Sharko's Catering, however, were able to accomodate with a portable oven. I could spend an hour writing about all of the little details, but the bottom line is, they will take care of you and offer any level of service required (including bringing a very capable bartender). And man, the service yesterday on the day of the wedding was OUTSTANDING! Such that I had people asking how to go about tipping just because of how attentive they were to their service. I could not have asked for more from a catering company, and only regret that I'll no longer (at least for some period of time) have interaction with some of the warmest and most accomodating professionals I have ever met.
Sharko’s Catering is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for our wedding. Three months before our wedding, we had to change venues which meant changing everything. I reached out to Gerard and he jumped in and helped us immediately! We were able to setup a tasting quickly (which was AMAZING). They also assisted with the tables, chairs, cloth, and glassware/silverware rentals! Days before the wedding, Gerard and his team came out to the venue to do a walk through of how everything should flow. They gave great suggestions and helped tremendously in the short time we worked together. Now the food....it is months later from our wedding and we are still hearing about how amazing the food was! The appetizers were a hit during the cocktail hour, we served Chicken Tequila Burritos, Bruschetta, and Coconut shrimp. The servers made sure everyone received multiple rounds of appetizers, including the bridal party who was off taking photos in another area. When it came to dinner, it flowed beautifully and there was even enough for seconds for our guests. The Chicken Florentine and Braised Short Rib was PERFECT! We couldn’t of asked for a better catering company. We HIGHLY recommend Sharko’s Catering. They are the best!
